Paytm — Pending Bill Payments | |||
I have made a payment on paytm.com for my number [protected] Tata Docomo GSM UP WEST thru my Kotak debit Card i.e 1400 rs at 08:20 am on 28/11/2014 . But still I haven't received any confirmation message regarding payments on my mobile yet. Also I have confirmed from Tata Docomo Stores as well as from Tata Docomo Company Executives.They are refusing for any payments made to their company. Moreover am I required to beg the Paytm for the rectification of bill payments, time and again? But now I have lost all faith in paytm.com and I was cheated by your company.
