Paytm — Pureit advanced water purifier - long old, broken item - requires reverse pick - up and refund thereof immediately. | |||
I ordered to paytm for a pureit advanced gravity water purifier vide order no. [protected] on 31. 8. 2015 at a cost of rs. 3180 / - , which reached me on 07. 9. 2015. On opening the packet, it is seen that the product is two years old and mrp rs. 2800 / - whereas they charged me rs. 3180 / - . Besides above, the item is a broken one and attached with cello tape on the broken part. I initiated return of the item. But they insist me to send back the product to delhi and they will bear rs. 200 / - maximum as courier bill, whereas blue dart, durgapur will charge rs. 1800 / - for the same. Then, why i will bear extra rs. 1600 / - courier bill for sending broken product to me by paytm. Kindly let me know, how can i get refund my money from paytm against this faulty / broken item without incurring any price from my end. Your suggestion is solicited. Durga pada das, Mobilwe no.
