Paytm — Recharge & payments of bills

1. On 12.07.2016, i recharged my m no. [protected] [mtnl delhi] with rs. 4/ [rupees four only] on trial-basis vide the order no. [protected] via paytm and the amount was deducted from the wallet but my mobile was not recharged till today.
2. On 16.07.2016, i paid phone-bill in the sum of rs. 235/ for my another m no. [protected] vide order no. [protected] and there was an offer of cashback upto rs. 300/ bearing promocode: grab300. But when i paid the bill, no option of entering the promocode was there and the amount was straightway paid and deducted from the wallet.
3. Similarly on 29.06.2016, i paid the electricity-bills in the sums of rs. 300/ & rs. 770/ vide order no. [protected] & no. [protected] respectively and there was an offer of cashback upto rs. 200/ bearing promocode: bses200. But when i paid the bills, no option of entering the promocode was there and the amount was straightway paid and deducted from the wallet.
4. Similarly on 17.06.2016, i paid the bill in the sums of rs. 225/ for my another m no. [protected] vide order no.[protected] and there was also an offer of cashback. But when i paid the bill, no option of entering the promocode was there and the amount was straightway paid and deducted from the wallet.
Kindly ensure soon returning of the paid amount rs. 4/ on 12.07.2016 for the mobile phone and the amounts of promocodes for the paid bills and immediately provision of entering the promocodes of the offer while making recharge and payments of the billsunder intimation to me via my email address [protected]@gmail.com.
