respected sir/mam, i have recharge my mobile by using paytm mobile app on fri 26 sep 2014 (between 8.45pm - 9pm) my mobile number [protected] (airtel). I 3G Internet recharge of Rs. 252 from my credit card. money was deducted from my account and paytm received the money also. but recharge was not successful but paytm has sent message as recharge successful. i did enquirey with airtel customer care they said recharge was not successful. from last 3days im sending to [protected]@paytm.com and im getting zero response. your customer care number are not contactable and busy.
