Paytm — Regarding bill payment | |||||
: I've already complained to them(PayTm) again & again that the payment(Electricity bill) of Rs 2398, this amount was deducted from my Wallet but doesn't updated at the Merchant end(JVVNL, Kota(Raj.))till now and I didn't got any mail from Billdesk Support for confirmation of the bill payment...So, I hope that You'll take some action in positive sense...n resolve my problem... I complained to them again &again..that if the Bill payment is not possible to confirm at JVVNL, Kota...then refund the Bill amount of Rs.2398 in my Wallet...and one more thing I received a call from Paytm( [protected])..I think this is a fraud Call...He said to me to share OTP & account no...then we r able to refund ur amount in ur account.. I Couldn't Share OTP and account no...I said to them that Only refund my Bill payment into my Paytm wallet immediately...I think they r(Kaufman)not in mood to refund my Bill amount of Rs.2398...so, Please immediately take some action against them
