Sir, i was trying to recharge my idea no. [protected] with 70 Rs. from paytm website. while paying through union bank website i did not received my OTP password to complete my netbanking transaction. so i cancelled that transaction. my paytm cash wallet which had 15 Rs. was left with zero Rs.
