Paytm — Regarding failure of online payment | |||
This is for your information that I made payment on 30.3.2015 to reliance netconnect thr your paytm service for datacard payment of Rs.2452/- .But due to termination of my datacard [protected] the transaction failed but it has been debited from my account .Later I got message that the said amount has been refunded to my Paytm Wallet .Now it has almost 20 days I have not received ur mail or call for the payment.
