[Resolved] Paytm — Regarding Refund of Payment | |||
Dear Sir, I have paid my bill through Paytm on 22nd Oct, 14, but by mistake I have chosen option of prepaid instead of post paid and I have received message of "recharge successful" from Paytm instead of Bill paid and now bill was not paid. I have mailed the same issue to Paytm but till now I have not receive any mail or any other satisfactory action from paytm. I am sending my bank statement copy and screen shot of paytm payment confirmation page.
