Paytm — Regarding Wrong Product received and return request rejected | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Hope you are doing Well !!! This is Snehasish (account no-snehasishdas.[protected]@gmail.com) let you know one concern regarding my last worst experience with paytm. On 22 sep 2015 I have purchase the TITAN silver analog watch from Paytm and its got delivered on 29 Sep 2015. They delivered along with bill .Box is Titan but inside some Renos watch is there and also made the bill with Titan watch . As per the communication over phone they need proof to accept the return of the product .I have supplied all the images and proof for the product and then they accept the return of the product. As per the update on paytm side they have to take return with in 3-4 days but later they modified to 7 days today I called asked about the the status they are saying that there is no more courier partner to accept the product in that area .So they told send it back to the seller address. Then I asked if you don’t have any courier partner there then how you delivered that product they answer we can delivered but since no courier partner is there so we cannot take reverse pick up and also said “Sorry For inconvenience caused”. If this is the case then they have to inform to me but they did not do that when I am asking they simply says “Sorry For inconvenience caused”. I have asked previously have you inspect the product they are saying no with “Sorry For inconvenience caused” I am waiting for almost 10 days to get that product since wrong product is got received and suffering like anything to return to the seller to get back my money. This is lacking our interest to purchase from the online shopping. Please take some necessary action .I have attached the screen shot for reference. As the call is no where belongs to paytm and its leads to security issue to my credit card so i refuses to give all the information.
And i also told that i[censored] want to refund please add into the paytm wallet or send me a email so that i can send all the details but he refuses to do that .This is not the professional way that Paytm Care person will behave towards money refund.
Kindly look into this matter and take some serious action as i am seriously suffered with Paytm.Thanks
