[Resolved] Paytm — Requested for refund but not yet done | |||
Hi, I had made payment for my BESCOM Bill of Rs. 500, After waiting a week I received my new Bill in which previous bill was not paid. After giving complaint I have received email from customer care that payment has been initiated after one week. Again I waited for a week still it was not paid. Again I raised complaint regarding this I got my money on my wallet. I requested for refund to my account it has been 10 Days Still I have not received my money on my account. I had sent many emails to [protected]@paytm.com. I always get email that "Just Relax" but no proper response.
