Paytm — Return approved but Money did not refunded in my card. | |||
I had purchased a Lenovo Laptop (ORDER NO. [protected] on Mar '15 8:46 am). I found, the product was defective, Laptop screen was broken. I have requested return, they have taken a long time take back the defective laptop and assured that once laptop will reached to merchant, they will refund my amount. They arranged picked for laptop on 3th April and delivered back to merchant on 6th April. I have been following on the same but didn’t get any fruitful reply or my money amount RS=28500. The tacking detail of courier as given as below, http://billing.ecomexpress.in/track_me/multipleawb_open/?awb=[protected]&order=&news_go=track+now Kindly, make them to refund my money to my card amount Rs. 285000.
