[Resolved] Paytm — Rs.185 paid was not forwarded to sundirect dth | |||
I made a payment through online net banking through your paytm website to sundirect dth towards online TVrecharge on 11.12.2014 at 11.15 pm. My order No.[protected] payment paid with the use of HDFC credit card. When I enquired HDFC bank they said the amount has been already paid successfully to paytm on 11.12.2014. My service provider SUN DTH says the amount has not been paid by PAYTM till 12.12.2014 (3.55pm) to them. Hence I could not able to see TV from 11.12.2014 till now.
