hi sir/madam i had purchased samsung galaxy A5 mobile on 12.04.2015 on that time there was offer on that 3000 rs cash back ( 500*6 months ).i had created paytm account and signed in. i am recieving other notifications and offer details but still i have not recieved cashback or promo code on my account. to regarding this issue i have sent a mail at [protected]@paytm.com but they had replyed there is a problem from merchant side. name = kalyan kumar k mobile = [protected] email = kumarkalyan.[protected]@gmail.com product = samsung galaxy a5 ( A500H ) IMEI No =[protected] offer period = 11.04.2015 to 06.05.2015 kindly help me out of this problem.
