[Resolved] Paytm — Showing wrong plans | |||
Hi, This is waste of being recharge via paytm. Its better to go through airtel website. I have done a top up of Rs.255 via paytm mobile app.As per their(Paytm) plans, its showing like talktime 255 with 3G-1GB plan. But aftr i done a top up, there is no talktime. When i looking in airtel website, there is no talktime. So i raised this issue to paytm, i attached their WRONG SHOWN PLANS screenshots too but they simply replied sorry and asked me to contact airtel customer care. Then for what [censored] purpose they are doing top ups. Friends, please dont face the same as i was. Was this information helpful? | |||
