Paytm — Transaction amount not refunded

I made 2 transactions (5000 each) to add money to sbi bank account using my icici credit card. Money has been debited from card but i did not get any confirmation from paytm. And also my account also not credited.
There are 3 numbers in website for costemer care.in them 2 numbers not connects only. If i call 3rd customer care it's asking for order id.. Which i did not receive from paytm. How can i enter without receiving???
Bloody system it self not good. No body is there to support us through voice in such situations.
None of your team, none of the number will help in giving solutions by paytm.
How can normal person can trust this paytm??
What if same problems repeats in emergency.. Who will be having patience of days together to messaging and mailing..??
Please resolve my problem soon.
