Paytm — transaction failed

hi sir i am manikanta on[protected] i done a recharge of Rs.110 transation was successfully completed but due sum errors reasons i dint got my balance but amount was deducted from sbh bank account so please forward my balance thanking you my details: p.manikanta mail:[protected]@gmail.com mobile no:[protected]

On 29th Oct around 7 o’clock I have recharge my mobile ([protected]) of Rs. 500 by using my Citi bank Credit card, but I have not got that balance & the same amount of money is deducted from my account.
Order No was[protected] oct. 6.59 pm)
Citi Bank CC Transaction No – [protected]
I have send a mail to them & they have given a ticket number as Ticket #[protected]: Transaction Failed.
And said the issue is resolved. But still I have not got my money back.

I did a transaction to recharge for 110rs, money debited from account and Getting the status as failed. But money has not been credited my account. My order number is[protected]. Please resolve this

i want to pay the bill of tata indicom from my paytm account but only first transaction on this number is possible and than all transaction on that number show failed this problem arise always not only this time .
is thoa your fault and shortout fastly.
