[Resolved] Paytm — Wrong Product Delivered ! Need Immediate Help ! | |||
I have ordered a iball tarang 4.1 channel speakers of following configuration from Paytm Shopping site . Brand - IBall configuration - 4.1 channel . I had have paid Rs 2258 by using my SBI Debit Card . and the Transaction No. [protected]. But Paytm has delivered wrong product that is of the following configuration configuration - 2.1 channel, bluetooth function and or having only 18 watt RMS output . I want my refund and they are not responding . they are not picking my phone, and they don't respond to eamil . so please help me get my refund as sooon as possible.
