Paytm.com / Times Of Money — money deducted but didn't get item

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 8 aug 19 at 18:49 pm via internet banking. Costing rs. 240 for uc credit of 60 and 3 extra item.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
I'm worried for the same. Some screenshots are also attached.

My account has been flagged by system engine and customer care is not responding to the calls. Everytime asking me to wait for 24-48 hrs but didnt provide any resolution.
