PharmEasy — Delay in Reports

Guys, please never use Pharmeasy application for lab test. I had the worst experience.

Recently on 19th March, 2022 I booked “Health check up “ for my husband as he was facing high blood pressure issue from a last few days and it was advised by the Doctor. the Sample was collected on 20th at 9AM. The report was supposed to be delivered within 21 hours after sample collection.

It's already been 49 hours now but I have not received it or any update. I have called Pharmeasy customer care 12–15 times on 21st March but they only say “we are checking your issue” . I have also mailed to [protected]@pharmeasy.in and heard the same excuses.

I still have not received the report.

An update on this - I called directly Thyrocare lab as only 1 report was available at 10:30 am today morning (22/03). An agent from Thyrocare confirmed that they have received only 1 sample bottle of blood instead of 3 sample tubes. And another one is urine tube that they have received. Where are the other 2 sample blood tubes? Have they destroyed them? Or are they broken?

I am also asking them to refund but they are not refunding my amount as well.
