To Whomsoever it may concern,
Being a women, I was really got fooled by your so called reputed online pharmacy website.
I have ordered medicines for my diabetic father on 4th of March by availing express delivery by paying an amount of 10 rupees.
But Unfortunately, My order wasn't delivered as promised at right time before 2 PM on 5th of March. Later, by evening 7 PM, the delivery executive (Ashokan) reached my house.
After receiving the parcel, I insisted him that this is not the medicines which I ordered.
But he was forcing me to pay the amount of 5642 rupees immediately.
Later, I opened the pack in front of him and said that was not my order. He casually replied to me to saying to call customer care and he immediately left the place saying that he has some priority orders to deliver. I was clueless. There was something phishy in his attitude and whole situation seems to like eye wash.
He dialed me within 2 mins and said to reach customer care again. I asked him why did he force me to pay money by delivering an incorrect order. He was was rude in his voice and said to raise complaints against and he is ready to face it.

There are many ways that I got affected because of this order :
1.Delivery was not on time
2.I got incorrect order delivered in delayed timeframe
3.Delivery partner was behaving too rude to customer and cheated me by getting me paid for incorrect order
4.Pharmeasy is having my money now and asking me to wait for 7 days to refund my money for which am not completely responsible
5.Phameasy is responsible for customer's depression and frustration
6.Phameasy is playing with human lives by not providing medicines at right time
