[Resolved] PharmEasy — Lab test online booing - fake or false report - fake lab

I have booked C Peptide report of Rs 600 with Pharmeasy online on 21st March for blood sampling appointment on 23rd March The sample collected and system showing report available on 25th March but no report posted so contacted customer care and after 24 hours one customer care connect me with lab technician and i m informed require re sampling confirm appointment or we refund I have no trust further and asked for refund whereas after two days follow up no refund received and with surprise report posted The report is also surprising as the number stated on report is change and the number informed as change also not working This looks false or fake lab report Further the report stated sample submitted on 27th whereas sample drawn on 23rd mean the report is wrong or fake I would like compensation as well legal action against pharmeasy to stop such fake report or fake lab Need proper contact of authority who close this kind of fake lab quickly

Updated by DimpalDimpal The report is wrong based on fresh report obtained from other lab as follows. The evidence prove fake report as the pharmeasy lab issued report late. Once confirmed re-sampling require whereas instead of re-sampling refund confirmed and after 6 days they posted report. Whose blood sample collected as required.

I ordered a lab test for which I paid online payment of 500 rs.
I cancelled that order on 03rd may.2021. After canellation till date no amount refunded.
I called many times to customer care and follow up for refund. Every time they replied to wait for 48 hrs, but no amount refund.
They forced me to request for refund into pharmeasy wallet.
This is wrost experience with this type of fraud company.
