PharmEasy — order more delay & incomplete delivered

I was an order booked on 10-dec-2019 order no[protected]. Order was showing to be delivered on 11-dec-2019, but incomplete order was deviled on 14-dec-2019 after more wait. I received 2 type tablet instead of 3 type tablet. Doctor suggest to me take completed dose but by pharmesy has been delivered incomplete medicine.
You can suggest what can i do, either take to 2 tablet instead of 3 tablet after 4 days waiting or i will purchase in local pharmacy but if i will purchased in local market then why was booked by online?
If in your stock medicine was not available at the time of booking then you shown medicine should be out of stock.
If you have confirmed my order then you should be arranged.
Note:- you are confirming an order and delay 4 days and order receiving incomplete and during period you should not informed by sms/mail/call/whatsap that my order is incomplete so that i will arranged in local market/anther online, and during this duration (More delay) patient go more serious/death so who is responsible for this?

Note:- i want to asked you, that why should you play life of patient. Your whole process/management system
