prepaid order but product not delivered

I had ordered medicines from pharmeasy on 5th november 2019 (Order no:m[protected] and the payment was done via netbanking.
On 8th november, i got notified that the product is "out for delivery" and soon afterwards i receive a message stating that "the product has been delivered" and i was baffled because, not only was i not contacted by the courier person regarding the medicine delivery nor did i ever receive my medicines!

I have a serious and grave complain against the delivery boy mr. Santu (Mob: [protected]) who is continuously harassing us and threatening us by saying since he mistakenly pressed the cod option so i have to pay him cash again!

Why??? Should i pay double the amount as i have already paid through card.

Moreover, he intentionally lied to me saying card swiping machine is not working whereas later he admitted that he lied to me.

Please teach him a lesson so that he never dare to harass us like this ever!

Moreover, he has forcefully taken the ordered medicines back with him instead of saying that i have paid through cash!

    I have placed an order request of medicines from the site of pharmeasy with the delivery code m12289671.. The order was placed on 29th of september but owing to the discrimination of the delivery status of the site i have not yet being handed over the order..in response to my inquiry i had to listen rubbish excuses included in the statements of refusal of my order and declining the relationship of least discipline i am also being harrassed with wordly persuits on asking of the return of my order money.. I am being given unfair excuses regarding the case when i request the customer care of the site to return me back my money... A lot of illogical and unfair statements are being spoken to me refusing my money to be paid back... And thus as a interest to be charged for the harrassment faced by me i directly dare to expose the violations that i have faced with social media being my sword if not solved immediately... I with no passage of more time to my eager willingness ask for the solution of the incident along with the regrettable consequences of the company to me and my due is to be paid back along with extreme interest.. More than a polite request this complain is a daring statement too.. To prevent any further customer from being harrassed like my experience..

      I purchased the medicine online in the month of august 2019. I received wrong medicine. So, i raised the return request for two orders. On 14th sep 2019, medicine has picked from my door. Due to miscommunication, medicine was return for 2nd order. However, that medicine was for 1st order. And after that when i asked for the status of refund of money, company is saying that you return the medicine for different order so we can`t give refund.

      So, i said if you don`t give refund, at-least return my medicine but they denied it for

      Finally, money and medicine both i lost.

        Mein pharmeasy online heart se related medicine order ki, jiski delivery date 12 Oct batayee gayee. Lekin 14 Oct 2019 tak mere ko ye medicine nahi mili.
        Mene customer care se baat ki lekin waha se nahi to mera order cancel kiya aur na hi mere ke refund mila.aur bola ki 2-3 Din baad ye medicine melegi.

        Ye medicine mere doctor ne continue rakhane ke liye bola
        Hi, I received completely wrong medicine on 3rd October and I raised a request for return/refund but till date the medicine are not collected from me. As per their policy only after the medicine is collected they will process the refund after 7 to 10 days. I am now worried i will loose both medicine (wrong medicine) as well as the money.

          Hi team,

          I am sorry to say, my feedback about pharmeasy is pathetic.

          I have placed the order on 5th and it was delivered on 8th (10 perfectil tab strips, with v wash). However, the medicine delivered was non-veg medicine. Hence i have placed the return order. Since i was only able to select 1 quantity while placing the return request. I called customer care and updated the return request to the 9 tablets and the v wash (As one strip was vegetarian). Next day the delivered boy came for the pickup and took the return as per the changes made by me on call. When i asked for the receipt, he said that they don't give any receipts. Then i called customer care to update the same that i have returned the order but did not receive any receipt, they said that they will get this updated. Then after a day the delivery boy again came to take the last leftover strip, as he said that as per the update that he has the entire order is required to be returned. So i returned the last strip as well. But this time as well i did not receive any receipt. Moreover, i have observed that my return request got cancelled n the app. I immediately intimated the team through chat where they said that they will check and initiate the refund since the entire order is returned.

          Till today i did not receive my refund. I need my refund back.

          I have been calling you people for a month for the same concern but i am not getting any resolution. As on every call, i just get the same reply that our team is working on the issue and we will update you in 24 hours. Its been almost 1 month but i am not getting any update from you people. I seriously have to call you people and i get the same reply again.

            I got a medicine delivery from pharmeasy on saturday 5th october in the evening. I was busy over the weekend and did not open the delivered packet till monday 7th october. When i checked the contents i found one of the medicines worth almost rs 2000 missing from the packet. I called pharmeasy immediately and the representative agreed to refund the amount of the missing medicines to the app wallet. There was no refund so i called again on thursday 10th october and this time the representative tell me that the refund cannot be refunded since the missing medicines were not reported within 24 hours and it the company policy that such complaints will be entertained only in 24 hours. This is ridiculous - amounts to cheating and robbery. The product is not delivered and i should get my money back. Order #12473416

              I ordered medicine on 4 October and the delivery date was 7 october.l didn't get delivery.the medicine have been delivered to me on 9 October evening.two days delay.one another complain is about its packaging.some of medicines have been destroyed due to bad packaging.my money has waste of that medicines which is destroyed.pleaae improve your packaging.

                I had placed order on 29th september, 2019 and online payment was made on 30th september, 2019, order was promised to be delivered by 3rd october, 2019, ever other day i received a delay message for the order, today suddenly the order got cancelled from their end and new order got placed automatically, now they are saying will refund the payment in 5 business days and asking for payment again for the new order placed by them self

                Pharmeasy is a fraudulent app.

                Please don't get trap for discounts.

                Be alert.. Be aware..

                  Order No: M11732030 i order they send wrong item, i return to their courier person then also they not refund, this is cheater & fraud company wrong item they dispatch then no refund i complaint many times his manager mr mustafa is also chor he disappear not reply every time i get message wait for 24 hours then reply now many days passed then also not reply, this types company have to banned in india take leagle action on this company

                    I have given a order of aqua check active on 21 august i have received the wrong product of aqua check instant i raised a request for the refund cuz they don't exchange the product on the day i received the order was on 23 august since then i'm continuously calling them for the refund they have long process of refund they asked me to send the photos on what's app so i sended that an then i haven't got any reply from there end i was continuously texting them i will someone come to collect the order then by the grace of god they replied there team will come on 5 of september so they took the product an after i called them 100 times when i will get refund of my product they only said me within 24 to 48 hours you will get your refund back in your account so now i called them they said me you are not eligible for the refund cuz you have opened the product i was like what the heck i have no use of the product why will i open on the first place an i have sended the picture also of the product which was in the same condition i got an now on 25 september they are saying it's not possible to refund they money to you an i have all the proof with me of it i want to fail a complain on this company in the court

                      I had ordered a medicine which costs around 325/- i pay the money online via paytm bank in the pharmeasy app. I ordered on 11 sep order number: m11766136. The order was to be delivered on 16 sep but the order was not delivered and marked as delivered and there is no message about delivery, no details of delivery boy. Now i am still waiting and complaining about this issue in pharmeasy customer care since 4-5 days daily. The call centre says "we are working on the issue please wait 24-48 hours and we will update you" and they are not providing any updates.
                      So i want my refund as soon as possible thankyou

                      Then customer care is not sent my medicine another courier.

                        I have made transaction for buying medicine of rs.622/- from pharmeasy through on-line on 28.08.2019 vide order no. M[protected] through credit card, payment had been debited from my account automatically. At the same time the payment status remarks shows transaction failed.
                        Further, i have made another transaction via indian bank net banking on that day and bought my medicine on 29.08.2019.
                        After verifying the same with indian bank officials about the payment of rs.622/-, they have told that already settled the same to your account twice on that day. Necessary screen shot attached below for your reference

                        This is for your information and arrange to refund the amount of rs.622/-as early as possible.

                          I have placed the order on 17th Sep, they sait it will delivered by 18th Sep. I have paid the amount . Got the sms "Out For Delivery" after sometime, another message ' Customer has requested to postponed". When I called to delivery person, He was asking me why you have called me and refused to deliver the product .When I called to customer care, they said it will delivered first half of 19th Sep. I waitied till evening, Again same story, It will delivered tomorrow Its world worst team working in medical field.

                          Still 1MG is far better than all pharma delivery service

                            I ordered medicines on 17th sep and it shown that the delivery will be done by 17th sep. On 17h delivery guy was assigned and was showing out for delivery. I called delivery guy 4 times and at 8 pm he said i will come by 9 At 9 he said by 10 pm. At 9:30 he said tomorrow that means 18th 10:30am delivered the medicine. But I received msg as requested by you the delivery postponed to tomorrow.

                            When i called customer care, they apologised and assured that the same will be delivered on 18th sep between 10 am to 12 noon. At 1:30 now i called customer care again and they are saying no delivery boy is assigned till now and they will escalate to assign delivery. But the delivery boy said I don't have the medicine. Tod'ay also they sent msg delivery postponed

                              I ordered medicines on 14th sep and it shown that the delivery will be done by 15th sep. On 15th delivery guy was assigned and was showing out for delivery. I called delivery guy 4 times and at 3 pm he said i will come by 8. At 8 he said by 10 pm. At 9:30 he said by 10:30 and and 10:30pm he said in 5 minutes.

                              Which means effectively i was waiting from 3 pm to 10:30 pm for the guy to arrive.

                              When i called customer care, they apologised and assured that the same will be delivered on 16th sep between 10 am to 12 noon. At 1:30 now i called customer care again and they are saying no delivery boy is assigned till now and they will escalate to assign delivery.

                              Isn't it fun??

                                I have received healthcare product from pharmeasy & i have requested to return this product on 11.09.2019. Customer care person has given me whatsapp no to share the images of product. When i had shared the images no one has seen those images whole one day. Again i had called at customer care & person told me that number is not working kindly share images via mail.
                                I just wanted to know if number was not working then why they have given me that number. After sharing images via mail nobody had worked on that mail neither i have received any confirmation regarding receiving of images. Its been 5 days i am following with pharmeasy to arrange pickup of that parcel. But everytime when i call at customer care, executive says that then dont have any update neither they know when will be parcel picked up.
                                I just wanted to say pharmeasy is having worst service, worst coordination. Pharmeasy people do not know how to work & coordinate with each other. I dont care if you people do not need the parcel, kindly just refund my amount. My order id is e101904.

                                  I ordered insulin from pharmeasy in that i clearly mentioned that delivery should be done using ice bag as to maintain the temperature. But they did without it and in normal temperature. How careless they can be. The medicine is so important for a patient. I asked the delivery boy that why it's not delivered using ice bag he said that he has to give the icebag to other customer and said only few min before only given. I checked the temperature it was normal only. He literally lied with me. I am returning the order but i am complaining as many people who don't have knowledge they should not get cheated.

                                    I availed their services for cbc blood and urine routine test and they said that report will be delivered online in max 24 hrs but it has been more than that. On calling them every time they say to give them half hour or one hour but not providing the resolution. I called them 5 to 6 times and sometimes they disconnect the calls as well and when i got angry on them then they sent a report but of some other patient. Doctor has asked for a report but i am not able to provide it because of these issue. I don't know with such un-professionalism in medical line how they get that medical license. These are medical report which should be treated with utmost importance.

                                      I Suguna orderd medicine on 2/09/19 they confirmed delivered by 3/09/19. I am calling past 2 days. Still they not delivered my medicine, it's very important medicine, on 5/9/19 at 1PM One pharmaeasy person called me, she confirmed that your medicine will definitely delivered by night. But not received medicine, because of delay in medicine my wife health also upset. Now we have to go hospital, easypharma customer care people not respond properly. They are not able to transfer my call to their higher official. Because of these problem we lost lot of things
