I had placed order on 29th september, 2019 and online payment was made on 30th september, 2019, order was promised to be delivered by 3rd october, 2019, ever other day i received a delay message for the order, today suddenly the order got cancelled from their end and new order got placed automatically, now they are saying will refund the payment in 5 business days and asking for payment again for the new order placed by them self

I had ordered a medicine which costs around 325/- i pay the money online via paytm bank in the pharmeasy app. I ordered on 11 sep order number: m11766136. The order was to be delivered on 16 sep but the order was not delivered and marked as delivered and there is no message about delivery, no details of delivery boy. I called delivery guy 4 times and at 8 pm he said i will come by 9 At 9 he said by 10 pm. At 9:30 he said tomorrow that means 18th 10:30am delivered the medicine. I ordered medicines on 14th sep and it shown that the delivery will be done by 15th sep. On 15th delivery guy was assigned and was showing out for delivery. I called delivery guy 4 times and at 3 pm he said i will come by 8. At 8 he said by 10 pm. At 9:30 he said by 10:30 and and 10:30pm he said in 5 minutes.

Which means effectively i was waiting from 3 pm to 10:30 pm for the guy to arrive.

I ordered insulin from pharmeasy in that i clearly mentioned that delivery should be done using ice bag as to maintain the temperature. But they did without it and in normal temperature. How careless they can be. The medicine is so important for a patient. I availed their services for cbc blood and urine routine test and they said that report will be delivered online in max 24 hrs but it has been more than that. On calling them every time they say to give them half hour or one hour but not providing the resolution. I Suguna orderd medicine on 2/09/19 they confirmed delivered by 3/09/19. I am calling past 2 days. Still they not delivered my medicine, it's very important medicine, on 5/9/19 at 1PM One pharmaeasy person called me, she confirmed that your medicine will definitely delivered by night. I have placed the order for the medicines. The order was confirmed by pharmacy. They also confirmed about the availability of the medicines. On the date of delivery i was tracking i found the the order has been cancelled due to unavailability of the medicines. This shows how much they are professional. I would suggest not to place order for medicines at pharameasy. As they are not reliable....

I ordered medicines on pharmeasy on august 20th, but delivery date is 21st aug, but delivery boy postponed my order without my permission.
I received parcel on 22nd evening but the parcel is opened and for cold storage products there is no ice pack, (Lumigaan 0.003, novomix, mixtard, nikoran) one strip is fully damaged, 2 medicines are missed
I called and raised a complaint but still now they are not able...

I am. Ordered mulmin pro powder vani last 200grams on 7th july 2019 estimated delivery date is 14th july. But today also not received my order. Iam complaint every day but no use. Orders healthcare product paid online. The courier boy again ask for cash on delevory.Which I refused to pay and cancelled the order.
Not getting refund of the returned product.calling everyday to customer care but no updates received from them. It's now more than 10 days.today again they said it will take onother 7-8 days.Seems look like the company is fraud....

They showed phone pay cashback offer in there app for payment of bill.in this if i pay more than 750 amount bill they return 400 as cashback in phone pay app. I paid 3, 579 rupees of bill through phone pay app on date 13/07/2019 and off valid till they shown 31/07/2019. I m Fayaz Halai. I downloaded Pharmeasy app on 23 rd july.
But within 2 days i faced the worst experience when i called for my uncle's diagnostic test. My uncle name is Yunus Halai and he stays at jogeshwari west. The guy came for blood sample. He collected the sample and took the money as i had opted for cash.

I Arup Naskar is a regular customer of Pharmeasy.I used to take medicine in my two address.one is Sonarpur and other is Santipur.The complain is about the order in Sonarpur.10 th june the boy named Kunal Sarkar came to my house for delivered the medicine cost 741.00/-
My mother gave him 4 x 2000 rupees note instead of 800 rupees.and the boy claimed for 41ruppees.My mother also gave him 41 ruppess 4x 10 ruppes...

I had bought AccuChek active kit sling with other accessories and medicines through this app and they have provided fake kit and are refusing to take it back now. This fake company claims to be providing 100 % genuine medicines whereas factually they are nothing short of bunch of cheats playing with people’s lives by selling fake products and on encountering them refuse to take it back. It is high time this segment is regulated by government...
