PharmEasy — order not delivered and received a message of delivery from pharmeasy

Online pharmacy companies are doing fraud & playing with the people's life.

I ordered medicine on 28 march. They accepted my order with payment & sent me order confirmation message with the delivery date of 6 april.
Again on 6 april they sent message of order confirmation with the delay delivery date of 14april. Then on 14 april they sent message of delivery of order to me without any actual delivery.

From that day i was consistently following up with the customer care via mail that i have not received my order till date and they are just making mockery of the issue by escalating to concern team and then another team

Is this a kind of fraud they are doing with the people.

I was waiting for the medicines & they were juat playing with customers patience instead of providing a resolution against the same.
