I had purchased some medicine from pharmeasy.in, they had delivered it damage & delivery guy confirm after the payment done it will refund the money for damage medicine. Then i make a call to pharmeasy they told there is no refund or exchange policy for them.
They had delivered the item damage & not exchanging & refunding the product is completely not acceptable.

    I have placed two orders in pharmeasy on april 9th & april 13 and both the orders got delivered today. I have ordered 4 ointments (2 ointment per order) and i got 4 lotions. How can both the orders will be wrong? I need an immediate resolution for this either send those ointments back by taking these lotions or else refund the money back. And when i spoke to the customer care they were speaking very rudely this is not the right way of treating customers. They were telling "problem is from our end, sometimes it happens but we can give replacement or return either". So he is telling me that my 1000/- was wasted.

    I am an old customer to pharmeasy so previously we have return option. How can it be revoked now?. And if you remove the return option it doesn't mean that you can send the wrong products and ask us to waste our money.

    I need an resolution for this issue asap.

    By the way i have recomended many people to pharmeasy so now i have to inform this to all and ask them to uninstall.

      I had placed a successful order of essential medicines via app on 12 april. The medicines were in stock as on that date. At this time while we are all under the covid 19 lock down, on 15 april i receive a message saying the medicine is out of stock and cannot be delivered. On my phone call to the help line number, i was not given any assurance. Upon my repeated request to fulfil the order they were non confirming. They failed to answer as to if the medicine was in stock at the time of making an order and in turn your company accepting the order and assuring delivery, where did the medicine disappear in thin air. This is a clear case of malpractice and manipulation and divertung the delivery of stock.

        I ordered the medicine from pharmacy app. The medicines were shown to be delivered at 14 April but when the date appear the the delivery date of the medicine get delayed to 16 April. This shows that the delivery of medicines ordered is not taken seriously. Intentionally they are not taking serious care towards the patient. After this happened I directly call to the customer care of the pharmeasy. the person providing service to the customer pharmeasy customer care was talking very rudely, impolitely from me this shows that they are merciless, careless, rude. Please make sure this carelessness can leads severe harm to the patient.
        I also experienced same thing for my two orders No. M21522346, No: M21522346 placed on 5th and 6th august 2020.

        In both cases chemist was JADHAV CHEMIST from bhandup.

        I asked pharmeasy to investigate my case thru complaint no. 5951555.
        This is so damn true. They need to understand the gravity of human life providing essential services.

        The wrong item has been delivered to me for the 3 consecutive times. This is not a coincidence rather I would say a deliberate attempt to harass the customer.

        I want the delivery charges to be reversed for all of my 3 orders and also arrange the correct product to be delivered.
        I have ordered dexolac stage 2 from pharmeasy and it was prepaid order. I received confirmation as delivered but haven't received my order containing 5 boxes of dexolac.

          Sir, i had booked an order of medicines on pharmeasy on 28th march. The order consists of some very important medicines of blood pressure and sugar. They gave me delivery date of 9th april, but i did not receive medicines on that date, when i launched complaint through email to the consumer care they gave me a new delivery date 11th april and on 11th april they gave me third delivery date 12th april when i called them today on 11th april now they are saying they will try to deliver it by 14 th april. These are the most necessary medicines and i am running short of them. Due to lockdown i am now unable to buy those medicines from local shops. I could have easily bought those medicines on 28th march or 29th or so on before lockdown. Pharmeasy is playing with the life of patients, if they unable to deliver previous orders why they are accepting new orders. I request government of india to take strict action against pharmeasy and cancel their licence. My order number is #17636038. I have attached the image of order, they delivery date now shown is 12th april which was initially 9th april.

            Our order was placed on march 30, 2020 for the regular medicines required by my father for his health and being ordered with pharmeasy for the past 36 months.

            We understand that due to the lockdown situation things may get delayed.
            This time around and keeping in mind the situation we have ordered the medicines atleast a week in advance.

            The first delivery date committed to us was 3-4 days from 30th march. - i, e. 3rd april, 2020

            Delivery date was extended to 5th april by a simple text message - with the reason given as the current circumstances

            On 5th march - delivery date again extended to 7th april, 2020 - same reason

            On 7th april - i called and complained with the csr who just apologize and don't provide a proper resolution. After probing, i was informed that 3 tablets out of the 14 ordered were not available and therefore the entire order as on hold and getting delayed.

            I asked to speak with a supervisor and was promised a call back which didn't happen.
            I also informed the csr on the phone, rather rudely that they should have called me (The customer) up and asked what could be done, since the medicines were not available. - i informed her to ship the order without those medicines and to provide me the names of the medicines which were not available.

            Towards the end of the day - we received another sms stating new delivery dates was 9th april, 2020.

            9th april, 2020 - i called to follow up again - same response.
            Only apologies but no medicines.
            I demanded to speak with a supervisor and finally got the response from them and a supervisor (Team leader) called back - he explained that they will now send the order without those 3 medicines and that we will receive the order on the 10th april.

            Once again, late in the evening of 9th april, i received the sms -
            New date for the medicines - 11th april

            10th april - as part of my new normal routine now, i dialled pharmeasy customer service number and asked on the status of the medicines dispatch and informed that they had confirmed a day prior that the medicines will be delivered on 10th april and within a couple of hours they changed their statement and said that the medicines will be delivered on 11th april now.

            One more phone call made by me to pharmeasy to confront the manager and inform that this was completely unacceptable and that they are in the business of providing / delivering medicines which are critical to someone's life and well-being and the least they can do is be upfront & honest about the delivery schedules.

            Manager confirmed that the medicines will be received as per the committed date and apologized for the delays. (Approx. Around 2 pm)

            The final straw - at about 4:00 pm, a couple of hours after speaking and receiving confirmation from the manager in charge - sms received stating that the medicines will be delivered on 12th april, 2020.

            I once again called the manager and speak with him and re-explain that this is an extremely callous and irresponsible attitude displayed by the company and inform them that i will go and complain wherever needed and possible for the aggravation and mental trauma caused during this entire experience.

            The manager has now confirmed that he is positive that the delivery will be given on 11th april, 2020 (Recall: i placed the order on 30th march and was promised - 3 days of delivery).

            I have written about this on pharmeasy facebook page and intend to send an email to them as well as write or complain in other forms and wherever required.

            I personally believe that if they are operating a company in the critical and emergency services space - they need to act a lot more responsibly and either live up to their commitments or be proactive and inform the customer on the challenges they may be facing so that the customer does not end up suffering and trying to make last minute arrangements.

            In my humble opinion, companies such as these need to be held responsible for their actions and if they can spend huge amounts of funds on advertising, they need to be able to have really good customer service and not have the customer continuously follow-up.

            I hope that some drastic action is taken against such companies and an example is set for others to ensure that helpless customers (Including sr. Citizens who normally cannot argue on their own behalf against delays) and others are not at the receiving end.

              but they have send amlopine Even mty prescruption is amlodipine 5mg
              further my medical prescription was for meclazide M but they have send mecalzide. Befor packing i noyiced the mistake and put email on there website.They told they are looking into the matter and yhere people will contact me with in 48 to 72 hour this was on 28/03. But till date the same position. WEhen i called their help line yeterday they colloly refused taking return. I am a senior citizen and cant agord to loose Rs.600/- kindly help me to get the medicine replaced. With reagrds. My mobile [protected]/[protected].

                  Hi team,

                  Recently i have made a purchase of n-95 masks from mobile application know as pharmeasy. The merchant is provided either a different product faking it as n 95 as general public not much aware of the same or not to the quality standards. Now i reach out to return the product the product is been delisted and the product image is been removed and the product is not available for return/exchange.

                  This clearly indicates some scam is going on where the pharmeasy and merchants tie up and then cheat the customers.

                  The best part comes when i reach out pharmeasy customer care, after hearing my complaint they just cut the call and did not respond further.

                    Hi. I have order on pharmeasy app and my order id was m17521825. As usual i have opted for cash on delivery as i was not sure whether i will get all medicine or not. At the that time it was not showing that i have to pay rs 50 extra for cash on delivery order. When bill generated and delivery boy was out for delivery i have made payment online as i was sure i will get my order. Company has charged me rs 50 for cod option which i didnt utilised. Company should refund back this unnecessary charge of fees.

                      I ordered for a medicine few days back in pharmeasy app from chennai, tamilnadu. I ordered for 3 strips of a medicine. 2 strips i received were as per my request. But the third strip was incorrect. A wrong medicine was delivered to me. I called the call centre and spoke to karanjeet associate and sangeetha floor manager. I explained them the scenario and also told them that until i received the courier and opened it, i didnt know that the wrong product is given. They agreed that and also agreed that the mistake was theirs but just said they can not take the complaint. It was such an irresposible reply. How a person can take a wrong medicine?

                            *bogus company and pathetic service* my mother is 72 yrs old and i have ordered 2 nd time with pharmeasy (Which never delivered) her medicine related to hypertension, thyroid - thinking that i should not go out because i may get covid 19 risk which is going on every where.

                            I want to be safe so do my family members, so that why instead of going out i ordered from this bogus company pharmeasy.

                            Since yesterday i have been following up with them - and they keep saying they will look into the same - which never happened, and the delivery never done.

                            I am still waiting for doctor call as i have not uploaded the prescription, but they failed to call, and keep giving false commitment that someone will call within two hrs... I never received a call... And they said they have tried for 11 times.

                            The time which i have wasted, in following up, i want to file a case against this bogus company pharmeasy.

                              Hi, I have placed my return order request on 26th Jan 2020 and Xpressbees courier has been taken the return order with tracking id:[protected]. When I see the status in the Pharm Easy app, it shows "Returned".

                              I have requested for the my refund amount. Inspite of foloowing up with so many times with Pharm Easy customer care persons, no one has respondd with the resolution. Every time they promise that issue will resolve in 24 hours but still they dint refunded my amount. I am following up with Pharm easy team more than a 1 month. This is really pathetic service that they are providing.

                              Please help me to get my amount ASAP.

                                I had placed an order with pharmeasy on 27th feb 2020 and received the order on 28th feb at 2:43pm. I had applied a coupon in which i was promised that if the bill amount is above 799 i'll receive a grofers voucher worth rs 200 within 7 days of delivery. It has been 12 days now since delivery till date i havent recd the voucher. I have been complaining to them since friday they have only one reply "we have forwarded your concern to the marketing team. Youll get the response at the earliest" but no one is getting back to me. Pls look into this matter and help me get my code at the earliest.

                                  I have ordered 4 strips of nicotex but have received only 2 strips. Pharmeasy is thr worst company medicine ecommerce i have ever came across. Their escalation team has told me that they have delivered the correct order without even investigation.
                                  Guys dont fall for this, pharmeasy should be banned this company is a scam.
                                  Please help!
                                  Pharmeasy is the worst ecommerce platform they haven't done anything yet and they are saying that you are lying.

                                  I have been in contact with their executive 'mehak khan'. She told me that they cannot do anything.
                                  Their contact seller information is also not given. They are literally thiefs.

                                    I ordered medicines from pharmeasy app on 10th feb. And it was supposed to be delivered on 13th feb and as usual courier guy called that day, as i was out of station i told him that i will pick up the parcel the next day or in the evening from their courier office, to which he agreed. But that day i received a message stating my order was delivered. I didn't even get the parcel and it says its delivered. I even tried contacting them but he never picked up the call. I even asked their customer service, they said that they received the complaint. Its been a week i neither got my medicines nor any response from their side.

                                      The delivery was assured between 3 to 7, its 7:25 for order number m16280346
                                      And i have not yet received order and no update. This is not the first time this is happening since last two orders i am facing the same issue.

                                      Last time this happened on order number m11847156 and m11673578.

                                      Seems like pharmacy is not serious on medicine business as they simply send you message after 30 minutes of crossing the delivery time that they will update on next schedule and that never happens.
