I have been Pharmeasy & Medlife customer since inception & I thought with expansion customer delight will increase but it is the opposite after your medlife takeover,

I ordered medicine from my mobile no [protected] online account with Order Id 34650097 invoice no C[protected] dr 6/6/2021 the item 1 in order and as billed is Ultra D3 10k strip of 30 while supply received is 1k strip of 30 when went tried to return it says non returnable which is ridiculous as per online sales guidelines so further I call your customer care the recorded conversation speaks of total customer unfriendly approach of your company instead of immediate resolution & refund the lady says we will take complaint & look into it what non sense is this u waste customers time money and then want to harass him not acceptable in today's India as an awakened citizen knowing my legal rights & Online medicine sales rules & guidelines I will pursue this matter at all levels & platforms to stop this customer cheating & harassment & demand full refund of the invoice as compensation without any delaying techniques whatsoever,

Attached Screenshot of Invoice and Call recording for your ready reference and arrange Full refund as compensation for waste of my time and energy in pursuing an unjust deed of your company and confirm the same by return mail,

Attached trail mail speaks lot of How Online Pharma Retailer Pharmeasy is taking Customers to Ride and they have NO FEAR as they think there is no controlling Body so they can fool around and cheat customers at Will but it is time to Prove this Law Breakers and Violators a Lesson so that they will never again Dare to Cheat an Proud Educated Law Abiding Citizen of India and I demand that Your action should be So Punitive that none of the Other Operators ever dare to take Indian Customers for an Ride,

I am Pointwise explaining with all the Evidences of Open Loot and Cheating by Pharmeasy and they have the Guts to Ignore my genuine Greivanyance as they think nothing will happen but they are in an fantasy world because I am an Awakened Citizen of Modern India and an Ardent Follower of Our Great Visionary Prime Minister our Very Own Shri Narendrabhai Modi and I am Proud that My PM also is from My City Ahmedabad and Belongs to Great State of Gujarat which makes me Proud and Fearless Indian giving me the strength to fight all the Injustice with Vigour and Not let Falsehood Prevail at any Levels, The Details pointwise are:
1. I have been Online purchaser of Medicines from the Platforms like Medlife, Pharmeasy, Netmeds and Dhani and well versed with Rules of Purchase & Return
2. All Medicines Purchased Online have an Window with certain Time Frame of Returns if the Customer Desires so after receiving the Medicines
3. In this Case I have Ordered Vitamin D3 Ultra 10k Strength and Pharmeasy has billed the Same as per Invoice attached but the Actual Medicine received is of 1k Strength so Clear case of Wrong Medicine Supplied and when I go on the App to Return it there they mention this Medicine is Non Returnable which is 1st Violation of Law on Online Pharmacy Sales as there has to be an certain time frame of Return but in this case it is not Just Return it is Wrong Medicine which as to be taken back as per the Law and this is an Legal Right of the Customer
4. Calling Customer Dis-care of this Company which is an BIG SHAM is Proved by the Attached Call Recording Clip attached for your Ready Reference
5. After 2 Reminders to the Pharmeasy Mail Ids including of their Top Brass this Hardened Customer Harassers are trying to ignore my Grievance thinking that I will forget or get tired by following up within few days but here they are on the Wrong Foot as I am an customer who will not leave the Matter till Justice is Procured and Full Refund and Compensation is Received with Punitive action against this Defaulters which is an Must
6. I Would Request Honourable Prime Minister and All the Office Bearers to immediately Withdraw the Licence from Pharmeasy stop this Law breaking company from Acquiring Medlife as if this Law breakers are allowed to grow bigger they will be more Fearless in their Unfair Deeds and Practices

I as an Law Abiding Citizen have attached all the Evidences o[censored]nfair Deed and Practices which can be termed as Cheating with this Mail and I am Requesting Very Strict Stringent Action Against this Defaulter Pharmeasy on Most Immediate basis as my Next Action will be the Final Pillar of Democracy and Justice the Judiciary but I think that a Law Abiding Citizen’s Interest have to be taken care by the Controlling Body of Online Pharmacy Retailers in India i.e.CDSO,
