Myself Dr. Arvind Mehta, residing in Kandiwali west, Mumbai. I am using Samsung Grand Neo2, purchased on 18th june, 2014 from TECHZONE RETAIL PVT. LTD. mahavir nagar, KAndivali west. i have also insured my instrument with PICK ME (ZM 999) on the same day. I lost my handset while travelling by rickshaw yesterday on 21st May 2015. at around 6.30pm. I was using Reliance simcard ([protected]). i would request you to please do the needful AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. also wish top hear the reply from you on urgent basis. please contact on alternative number [protected] for any queries. Phone not returned after 2 months
This is vinay with registered phone number [protected]. I had given a HTC phone for repair 2months back.. Every time I call they say they will give next week.
