Saw their advertise on fb and i saw the shirts with very good price amd i ordered 3 shirts pack of three it costs rs.999 but they send me different shirts with very cheap quality and now i am trying to return and refund but they even dont receive my call

I run a garment business and have started using Pickrr for sometime now. I was happy with the full set up service and initial service given to me. I also recommended it to about 8 more businesses.
But then there were instances of over charging for a few deliveries not only with me but with someone else I had recommended it to as well.
I also had issues twice of the package not being delivered for the longest time and after pushing a lot it was then delivered.
The same thing happened with a customer (Delivery tracking #[protected] which was sent on the 11th of August. Ultimately the status shows as RTO and no one knows where the courier is and the customer has cancelled the order due to highly delayed order.
Lastly, I had sent a big consignment to Hyderabad on the 21st August (Delivery tracking #[protected]. It was for an event which was on the 27th August. Till today there is no news on the delivery and the event is over now! I was trying to follow up for the courier since 25th of August with Mr.Gaurav from Team Picker but he was of no help. Half the time he would not answer. And when I called him from a different number, he said I have no answer to give you. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only will I have to incur the 2 way courier costs, but the event was also paid for. I need some action to be taken immediately and I will definitely share the incident with all the people I have recommended Pickrr to.

Please note that after seeing an advt of bass rockerz for stock clearance combo - black and blue × 1 (Bose make) for rs. 1, 599.00, i have ordered for the same vide order order #113868 on 17th august 2020 against cod.
Immediately i received a mail from bass rockerz with the above information confirming my order. The mail also says that if you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at [protected]@gmail.com
Today i have received a packet vide ekart. Their sms says “airpods combo with tracking id pkrc[protected] from pickrr.com, will be delivered between 01:30pm - 05:30pm today by an ekart wish master (Call [protected], pin 170).”
Since it’s cod, i paid as per cod after opening the packet, i found a completely different item which is a local made headphone and there’s no airpods inside! I have uploaded an image what i have received instead of my confirmed order as above.
Is it a pure cheating done by pickrr.com / bass rockerz or flipsales?
I tried to contact sender‘s (Flipsales as mentioned on the packet with a delhi address) phone number[protected] but nobody was taking the call.
Immediately, i sent a mail to bass rockerz vide email address as [protected]@gmail.com but till now no reply was sent to me addressing the issue.
Kindly help me to get a resolution at the earliest please by either supplying me with the right ordered item or refund the cash that i paid.

I have ordered item in from musichunt.com site under item name of sony high quality combo deal sale rs. 1, 499.00/-. I have got that item through ekart logistics with an order id details
Awb no: pkrc[protected]
Order id: 16aug349.
But instead of sony item i have received worst damaged local item. I want refund for the item paid 1499/- + delivery charges 100/- total cod 1599/- to ekart delivery person n guna sekhar.

Immediately after identifying that it was wrong product, i have tried to address mentioned on ekart courier. But all the details

I have approached ekart customer service & they can't help out & they are not responsible for 3rd party product items, they are just providing courier services to that bloody fake 3rd party company through pickrr itseems.

After this twist i came to know that order id, tracking id & product code all mentioned in ekart logistics was not their id's & those are from pickrr service. Then immediately reached out pickrr customer service no mentioned in their official website [protected]. But they not even picked up call & infact i m getting busy when i called few more times but they haven't called me back nor picked up calls. Then i came to know i was cheated.

I m trying from 2 days till now there is not even single response from the seller number mentioned under name of flipsales & details mentioned on musichunt website & all nos are not yet all picking up & even some no's are switched off.
And i have gone through details which are provided at the track order details link to *contact us* : [protected]@gmail.com was also no mail id was fake. Got delivered failed due to improper mail id.
