We received a wrong product

I have ordered an Allan Sollyi combo of 3 checkered shirts -L in Luxury Mens but I have received a wrong product . I have tried to a customer care number but I didn't get any proper response from them....

Order not delivered

My order or tracking number[protected]. I have still not received any order from you and waiting since 2weeks. If i have not received any order how can you say it is delivered. I need a correct action to be taken against the person who said it is delivered and address mentioned for delivery is 15-20 km far away from my home.
