I have ordered "wireless Behind neck in ear headphones with Bose wireless Earbuds" amounting 1749 from pickrr( got the info from the ecommexpress ) with mobile number [protected].
But I have received the wrong product, with cheap quality And that too when I tried to return the order they are not responding at all.

The product ordered was not the product delivered they are complete fraud
Amount also not refunding, the delivered product is of very poor quality
The customer care number blocked our number and they are not refunding our money
They told that the courier boy will come and receive the product within 20-48 hours and refund the money but no one came to receive the product and the money is not refunded
