Received wrong product
Now either ekart or pickrr technologies or not bothered for customer service
Really messedup with the both pickr and ekart
Worst service i am facing from these both
Kindly initiate the refund process

They are fraud and they send somebody with wrong device before and collected money snd then sent another person with same...

They sended wrong product and its faulty Too.
I treid to call them but number is wrong .

I spoke with courier service, they told that, they cant do anything with this courier and they shared the number of this company but nobody is attending .

I had ordered sony wireless behind neck ear headphone with bose wireless earbuds. From this site but my delivery item is not that what i had ordered, this delivery item is worst and i want my money back.....
