Wireless earbud charged is not delivered instead got some local tagged fast track watches which are also broken and with worst packaging. The parcel cost 1649.
Please look into the matter and try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Either refund the amount that i have paid or just deliver the right product.

Wrong and cheap quality product delivered. I had ordered a jbl bluetooth earbuds, from an ad that appeared on thr facebook. The payment was made online, google pay.

To my horror, i received a completely rubbish item, whose quality was cheap. More importantly it wasn’t what i had ordered. It was on-ear headphone, different in colour, and absolutely cheap looking.

Moreover, there was no invoice, no nothing. The packed had a label with my name, address and contact number. It was delivered by a local courier.

My complaint against pickrr technologies may be registered.

I had ordered a combo of bluetooth headphones, neckband and earbuds but just received a jbl headphone that too in a pathetic condition. It is a wrong product delivered, i habe reached out to them still havent got a reply. Please help me out either by getting my money back or replacing it with the ordered product. The worst quality of service i have provided by the company.

Pickrr is providing service to a company which is fraudulent and hiding behind 2 courier companies.
The company who delivered the goods has clarified that they just delivered as per order from pickrr and provided details of pickrr to take up the matter further. I informed them that they should not entertain such deliveries from this company as it is fraudlent.
Now we expect from pickrr that they should disclose the name, mobile number, email id, address of the company who has handed over the goods to them for delivery.in case pickrr has not paid to that company the cod amount then they should return the same.
In all this exercise name of pickrr is getting spoiled and the fraudlant company hiding behind is enjoying.
Pickrr management should think seriously and act positively.

I saw an advertisement on facebook of sony mdrxb450ap with a pair of earphones and i ordered it but i received a fake headphone. This company is running a scam.
Help me get my money back. It was of rs 1599/.
It is serious concern that the consumer is getting cheated.

I had ordered for a watch on the 22nd. Jan.2020. To my pleasant surprise I got the same delivered sooner than expected today(28th Jan.). However on opening the parcel I was shocked to see a Cheap imitation of the same. I am sure alot of people have got conned similarly.I for one however, am not going to take this lying down, and am going to pursue this matter to its logical end. I am going to demand the most stringent punishment for these Thugs. I am going to make sure that this scam is exposed and that these people are blacklisted and will never be able to rob innocents off their hard earned money.No matter what the cost of legal expenses I am going to pursue this matter rigorously. Spoke to delhivery care, they instructed to talk with pickrr technologies for return. Pickrr technologies is not responded. Hence kindly take it on priority basis.
