Recently i ordered a shirt in pickrr and received the same i paid an amount of 800 to the company but when i check i am really shocked that they sent me a damaged and a teared shirt against my order... Earning 800 rs is not a simple task and its my 2 day of salary but they cheated me like nothing need your help to get the amount reversed...

My memory card is not working and creating virus in mobile phone. My mobile is hanged by this memery card. So i please requested to you that please back your samsung memory card. I just received my order.

It is absolute fake, i orders for volterman smart wallet but i received woodland wallet, that too fake woodland,,

I want to return this product immediately, how can i return this product and i want to get my money back.

Please respond fast, your customer service is really bad,

After getting call from [protected] for returning product he had assured me to credited the value to my bank account. And given option for transfering the amount through bhim sbi pay application but afterer following him rs 3600 is deducted. I need my money back and take necessary action against the picker technologies pvt please do it timely by that i will get my money back. Awaiting for your earliest response.

Today we have received 2 shirts those are wrong shirts and wrong products and fake. We are trying to reach them but no one is responding numbers also not working delivery boy delivered the product when we called him he is saying that that is not our responsibility we cant help in this. Even we asked him to hold the payment to them. I think delivery agency also involving in this cheating, please look into this and help me to get my money refund.

I had ordered for a smart wallet from volterman from facebook ad for which i received a confirmation email along with the receipt from their website. Later their website became blank. I was tricked into this as i received a normal wallet for which i had to pay cod because i opened the parcel to check. Now i am unable to track them but i got a message from pickrrtechnologies and the shipment was sent to me by them. I verified this with the courier company. Location of shipment was from gurgaon. Please help me track them. I am adding all the evidence images along with this complaint. Ordered on the 6th of november 2017 and i received it on the 11th. The courier company refused to help as they did not know from where they received it. I expect a refund for the fake product. This is not even worth 200 rupees but they have charged me 1500 rupees. While enquired regarding this to volterman company they saying that this is a fraud company cheating on their name.. The size is also wrong. I feel cheated. I have been donig so many calls since this morning but no body is answering my call and your coustumer helpline number is not picking up also.
I have also sent a mail earlier this evening but they re mail that if my mail is too than the merchant is would not picking up your complaint seriously and they could negelect my complent.
I have told to mail them again thats why i am mailing you again.
What kind of a coustumer care service you have. You are not picking up and not properly answering the complent. Is it how you satisfie your coustumer who puts his trust on your site and purchesed these prouduct.
What i showned and what i got very much different product.?

I ordered volterman smart wallet from volterans official website on 3rd nov 2017. Their service partner is indiegogo how can you deliver me this product. Product i got is another product of duplicate woodland wallet. I tried to call you on all your three numbers there is not any response by your side. Please provide transperancy about my order and product details otherwise i have to file a complaint against your company.

My product with product order no.1212448, awb[protected] and price is rs. 798.00, delivered by delhivery (Shipping company) but i want to return it but no response from pickrr technologies (Seller company).
Spoke to delhivery care, they instructed to talk with pickrr technologies for return. Pickrr technologies is not responded. Hence kindly take it on priority basis.
I request you to kindly give details so that i can return the product and get refund as soon as possible.
