Planet M — Mis Selling of product

On 8-Sep-16, I had purchased a Micromax mobile from planet m at hanuman mandir, at dum dum jn, Kolkata, wb. At the time of selling the sales girl called Rimpa had asked me to purchase appsdaily mobile protection for hasselfree servicing of mobile agains theft or physical dmage. But never disclosed that I need to pay again and again whenever there is any kind of mishap like this as my phone screen got broken. Even it was conveyed that the m planet store will process all claims if any in future, which is absolutely fake and the custome in person needs to visit the service center for repairing and pay extra money.
This is absolutely mischevious way to earn a days target and I feel im cheated in this manner. It is not about spending extra money for a service but an employee should carry the minimum ethics before serving a customer on behalf of a valuabe brand like M Planet and mus avoid lying. Even the store manager Mr. Sajjad Ahmed had not also helped me in any way. Its totally fake people running the business at Dum Dum.
Any one from M planet please rake necessary action against the staffs to save your face value. As a local resident from dum dum I will tell all my friends of the locality to avoid your dum dum store till these fake and unethical person are there.
