I purchased a samsung galaxy j7 pro from poorvika, and it is located near tamabaram sanatorium (Landmark: apollo dental white). It has been nine months since i purchased the product, but poorvika failed to deliver me a boom headset which was promised at the time of purchase. I went to the shop almost three times to enquire about the headset but still they have not come up with something to convince me.in the interim they have changed the manager of the store and created a fuss while explaining about the latter issue. Gummidipoondi Poorvika mobile showroom staff called me regarding my karbonn basic model mobile service status which was bought in the same showroom but didn't even talk a single word around 12 minutes.very irresponsible and he wants to tease customers.
