Poorvika Mobiles — Airtel MyWifi sim card

I had purchased a Airtel MyWifi data card on offer from Poorvika showroom in Ranganathan Street, Chennai on 7th April, after the salesperson promised me that the sim card will be recharged for free for the first 5 months.
However, it has been 20 days since I purchased the products and the sim card has still not been recharged. I have called the number provided to me multiple times and they keep promising to recharge it the following day. This is very frustrating and is hindering my work. I am very unhappy with the service and I feel like your company has cheated me.

I have attached the invoice as well. Please do the needful at the earliest. I need a solution to this as the data card is very important for my work.
