On 14th April we have purchased MI 4a pro tv at poorvika mobiles. They told me that u have an offer which is sun next free for 6 months. And they show me the invoice and told that item code is a coupon code. After that I tried many times it's shows invalid coupon code. I call to showroom and ask this is invalid coupon code. Manager told within 15 mins I'll call you back. But didn't get any call from that side. After that I call back and ask for that they told I'll give you new coupon code in 2 or 3 days.. still there is no response.

    Airtel MyWifi sim card

        Same day I paid money for mobile insurance.
        Same time I purchased Baot watch.
        This much money I spent in Poorvika mobile shop BANASWADI.

          As a customer i always used to go poorvika mobile.this time i went Ambattur branch i had purchased oppo mobile with conekt Bluetooth headset on 16th oct 2020 after few months this bluettoth has been problem.few days back i went and ask they need bill & box. i had given Bill.I forget my box due home shifting. so request them they said they will arrange.after they didn't called me so i will go every day evening. yesterday Mr. jagan has called up me he said your headset has been ready sir come and collect.so i went over there they had given another model of Bluetooth which was not quality.i didn't speak anything i went out.this kind of cutomer treating it will make me so disappointed.If poosible kindly reslove the issue.

                  I bought Samsung s20 FE 5G phone from Poorvika mobiles, HSR Layout, Bangalore.

                  Complete false advertising by the sales associate. He said battery lasts 24 hours but it does not even last 5 hours.

                  I would like to buy another mobile in the same price range and return this.

                      I was buy a samsung mobile in omalur poorvika showroom on 29.03.2021.I asked basic mobile with memory card slot but they given single sim basic model phone. I was never checked that time when i open that product in my home then only i realized its don't have memory card slot. Then contact omalur poorvika i explain what happened. i was ready to give extra amount to buy new mobile what i asked actually but they not ready to exchange it .i was fully upset on poorvika showroom. Now i buy new mobile in some other shop. Kindly refund my amount or give some other product.

                        Had been to Poorvika to purchase one plus 8t instead got fooled by the sales guy who helped me purchase Samsung galaxy S21 which is 30, 000 above my budget.
                        phone was purchased on the 14th of march and ever since i bought the phone, it has been having issue.
                        the phone was heating up tremendously and the battery discharger very rapidly.
                        complaint was raised the second day and i was asked to go to the samsung service center for replacement.
                        I as a customer was not made aware that poorvika will not refund or provide an exchange for a one day old phone.
                        complaints have been raised to the escalations team from poorvika and nothing has been done for the a cancellation of the order.
                        14 day return option is available but they are forcing me to use the phone and not helping in anyway to cancel the order or the EMI .
                        EMI can be cancelled by the merchant when checked with the bank and poorvika manager was not aware of this .
                        Now its been a week and i have not used the phone more than two days and its in the service center being repaired.
                        They are not providing a replacement neither are they ready to cancel the order.

                          I got a Coupen in PhonePe for Minix Power Bank. Its a fake offer. There is no stock in any of your outlet. I complained in Customer Care 2 days before. No one got back to me. Just to promote your brand word of mouth you are proving fake Offers. I am an advocate by profession. Will take this to consumer court. Fake advertisement and offers!!

                            Hi, I am Vedanth Krishnan. I bought an Oppo F17 (6GB+128GB) mobile phone from Poorvika showroom, 72. RK mutt road, Mylapore on 10th March 2021.One Mr. Madan Kumar K waited on me and completed the entire sales process. When i asked about Oppo F17 model, he quoted the price of 20, 000/- which i actually believed. I had a budget of 20, 000/- Rs. So I didn't have a problem. I wanted a 8GB ram, but he said the cost would be over 24, 000/- rupees., so i bought this.
                            During the billing process, he said about the offers and forced me to buy a boat blue tooth speaker, A skull candy head phone, A sony Charger, screen guard and black case. he asked me to pay another 700 rs for all these.

                            Since Poorvika is a famous showroom, i paid using the debit card and didn't even bother to check to bill. I was in a hurry too.

                            The next day, when i happened to check the bill, i really got shocked.

                            The Oppo F17 phone's basic cost is 14, 398.31
                            Boat G:BT speaker 2, 541.53
                            back Case 254.24
                            Screen guard 422. 88
                            Skull candy head phone 846.61
                            Sony charger 507.88
                            Total 18, 971.19

                            CGST 9% 1, 707.41
                            SGST 9% 1, 707.41

                            Total 22, 386.00

                            The very next day visited the showroom and returened all the products they gave in offer except the screen guard and back case.. the sales man said that it's not possible to change biill and then reluctantly returned 2, 000 in cash.

                            had the transaction been proper, i would have paid just, 14, 398.31+

                            15, 075.43 + 18% GST
                            =17, 789.01

                            as per the Poorvika's website the price is 16, 990 for the same model.

                            I ended up paying Extra. I feel cheated. How can you people answer the mental agony i had undergone that day..

                            Had the sales man quoted the proper price of the phone, i would've bought an upgraded version of Oppo.. Your greedyness had ruined the joy of buying.

                            Hope you people have the courtesy to apologise and do something to undo the damage.

                              I am Rajakumar I planned to purchase realme note 7 pro and I went your shop yesterday evening 6.50 pm. The shop is lactating at Mannargudi nearest to bustand. I select the item and asking the price details. Mr. Bharath who explained the product details and price details. He tell me the product price is 210000. I request to reduce The price by 500. Frome the begining the service executive Mr.Bharath argue me very loudly . His speech is look like a interact with an enemy. I am really so sad and disappointed at that moment. Finally I decided to buy the product. I ask the 6D glass for 400 rupees instead of 600 Rs that is MRP rate. The manager has agree that price. They sale a Airtel Sim card for 100 Rupee. I pay all the three item and ask the billing executive Mr. Lenin, if any problem about phone am I contact here? He suddenly reply no you contact only service center. The reply make me very hurt because of his high pitch tone. Why you cry sir am I ask any wrong? You may speak us like me I speak with you very calm. The executive reply me if a person who don't understood I replied this way. I reply if you follow this kind of any approach any costumer don't come again again your shop please be follow kindness. Finally I complaint to the manager against the Bharath and Lenin. He really accept my complaint and ask me sorry. The sales executive don't give me Bill for scratch card and sim card. Sir I request you to take necessary action against Lenin and Bharh. Please be confirm whenever I come to your shop they known their mistake and ask me asorry.Thank you sir.

                                If i face same problem in Samsung and jbl witin 15 minutes there will replace and give new product y u pples are taking 7 day's to replace
                                Still how long i should wait ur services is very very worst see the pples in Samsung and jbl services centre and follow

                                  Dear sir,
                                  This letter is to complaint about a bad quality headphone and poor response of your store. I have recently purchased from store (Poorvika – mogaippair west-branch).
                                  I purchased the headphone (Sennheiser headphone - rs.2000/-) on september 05th, 2019. The headphone is having 2 years’ warranty but within the warranty period, the headphone pin molding naturally damaged and images are also attached for your checking. For the reason of this issue, i contacted and also gave the damaged headphone to the purchasing branch on december 31st, 2020. I visited three times to the same branch for getting the solution of the issue. They did not give the proper response which happened on january 7th, 2021 and they diverted the issue with a wrong guidance to meet some irrelevant persons / address to proceed (All the evidences are attached). I understand that your company is not responsible for the manufacturing the bad quality headphone, but you are responsible for selling this merchandise. Needless to say, i am quite frustrated.
                                  I have anticipated a much higher level of service with caring from the company, and i am quite disappointed. Because i do not want to spend any more time on this problem, i am expecting the proper solution for this correct issue. I respect you for using your valuable time to read this complaint letter.
                                  So, my genuine issue should be properly resolved at the earliest.

                                    I have purchased MINIX power bank from poorvika mobiles kolathur, when opened the pack at the back side no.of scratches was there. I have returned on that day, again they gave another power bank minix of same model of 20000mah.

                                    When i was charged that power bank for 3hours. Then i have used for my phone, power bank is fully drained. Unable to charge my phone even for two times. I told better i will go for another brand. They told ok, They also checked and told, product is defective only we also checked.
                                    Mr.Hemanth told, We have to get confirmation from head office.

                                    I purchased on 31/1/2021, then returned on 1/2/2021. Today only i.e., 4/3/2021 after one month they calling me on phone.From Head office checked its charging fully, now come and collect the same product. I told, you use that and then reply.

                                    I do know, where is quality.
                                    I came for poorvika for better product, but now they again giving the same product after month,

                                    Where is quality... when i was buying they told, if any problem, you exchange. But now i purchased unable to use that. Thats only everyone go for online, because replacement and return is there for seven days. But here no solution...

                                    I bring this to your notice as PROFESSOR.
