I have purchased a Samsung Battery Bearing No.1402.[protected] (IBA EB454357VUCINU Manufacturing dt:14.09.2015) at Poorvika Mobile World at Tirumangalam, Madurai District on 14.04.2016.for Rs 600/= vide Invoice receipt No SI/TRMG/ 745 dt 14.4.16. While purchasing they have informed 6 months warranty for this Battery is also available. The Power in the battery has gone done and not able to use the Mobile Phone on the day itself. Hence I have contacted the Poorvika Mobile World at Tirumangalam and inform the problem in the battery. For which they have charged the battery by Booster. After charging power by Booster the Mobile phone got function for three hours only and again the battery got dry. I request the Poorvika Mobile sales person to replace the battery with good one.
They have informed to me to contact Samsung customer care service Tirumangalam to replace the Battery with good one. Accordingly I have contacted the Samsung service centre, M/s SPV COMMUNICATIONS, Tirumangalam regarding the above issue . Samsung Service centre want to check and clean the mobile phone. They have cleaned the mobile phone and found in good condition for which they have collected amount of Rs.400 from me Receipt No.675 dt 19.4.16
Further they have also charged the battery by Booster. After the process the Battery is not working continuously. They are not interested to replace the battery with good one.
In this connection, I request that suitable instruction may be given to M/s Poorvika Mobile World or Samsung Service Centre M/s SPV Communication Tirumangalam to replace the battery with good one as per warranty ( ie with in 6 months from the date of purchase)

Poorvika Mobiles — HTC phone service
I hadnt received my phone yet which i gave for service. I need refund amount or i need a phone as a replacement. Im taking this to the court. I cant wait no more. Its almost 4 months. Please be responsible.
