Sir / Madam,

I had bought a LG Nexus 5x mobile on 25/05/2015 from Poorvika mobile store, Madiwala, Bangalore.

About Incident:
Date: 02/03/2016
Place: St.Jhons Bus stop, Madiwala, Bangalore.

I was waiting for the bus in St.Jhons bus stop, Bangalore to travel the majestic. I got a bus, but bus was so rush, somehow i got into the bus after some time i checked my packet to take my mobile but it was not there in my packet. Some one pick pocket my mobile. After that i have filed the comlaint in Madiwala police station. Got a complain copy and receipt from the police station.
Then i made a call to Poorvika customer care to check with the process of how to claim the insurence they told me to get the documents i have got all the docs.
That documents i have attached below.

Sales man told in this model camera will be like this . Now ther camera is very much glaring and we couldnt catch any photos. The sales man is now saying that this is software problem.       Hi... I am vivekanand pandey. I bought the subject tablet from poorvika mobiles on 20th apr'16 from chrompet branch. After purchasing we realized issues like sim not getting fit properly, network problem, low sound, heating while talking for 5 minutes on phone & lastly battery is suddenly dropping (Not supporting for 5-6 hours also)

      We went to poorvika and asked that the product is not product but a bundle of problems but people from poorvika did a lot of argument instead realizing the problem.

      I have given my tab to poorvika on 07 jun'16 but till date no final resolution. I had a good impression and thats the reason i chosen poorvika but very dissatisfied with the fault product they sold and the behavior.

      I would like to request to return my money which i paid (Rs 7500.00), else allow me take any other good product of the same price.

        I am an hr manager working in a reputed it firm in chennai
        On 4th june 2016, 20:47:23 i purchased 4g wifi airtel dongle and airtel sim card at poorvika showroom, invoice no.: si/r2tho/2585 in poorvika showroom, no. 187, shop no: 5, 6, 7 near tamizhar valagam, palayamkottai road, tuticoirn-628008. The salesperson miss.* mentioned the scheme as 11gb for the first month, i got another offer from a reliable airtel showroom for 8gb in the first month, the reason walked into poorvika is because they were closed and i was in urgent need of it due to work from home
        -the activation was very delayed, i enquired regarding it
        -i got only 2gb credited for 11gb, on enquiring they said it will be credited after few days
        -again i called today, now they are stating that the scheme has changed
        -can't the salesperson state it at the time of sales, or don't you hold the courtesy of calling the customer and saying the scheme
        -why don't you consider to reveal these facts during the sale process
        -on enquiring, there is no accountability or responsibility from the showroom employees
        -the trust and reliability of the brand are broken
        -i highly recommended my friends and relatives never to walk into poorvika showroom
        -being an mba graduate of a reputed b-school on a scale of ten i would rate customer service - 0/10;

          I am a doctor by profession and had purchased a HPB -306 for my Samsung J 7 handset. It was not not charging at all.When i took it and showed it to the showroom they crosschecked and found that it was not working.. But i wanted some other company Powerbank, since any other fresh piece of Hangout was not working for J7 model. But manager and others r not ready for this .
          How many times i should keep visiting for this for no fault of mine and for an amount of Rs 1000, , I was ready to buy any other company Power bank by paying the difference amount inspite of me keeping the bill etc.

          This is a very bad response from your end and word of mouth can spoil Ur company reputation.
          Now I want a refund back, as I am not interested to buy any product from ur outlet.

            This is reg the mobile service of my phone (Nokia 520) that was given at the gandhipuram branch for the sake of flight mode complaint.

            I did not receive proper updates from the branch technician even after 2 weeks. At last i have an update fromn the technician as to take up the mobile even if it is not ready by the next week.

              I bought HTC desire in Poorvika kanchipuram showroom. THe mobile has heating issue as well as audio is not clear. When i have said about it to them they said they will send for service and they returned me after five days but the problem was not solved. again i returned the mobile for service and they sent it for service again and returned after a week. But still the problem was not solved at all. Very poor custer service both at the showroom as well as customer care. My friends are saying me that most mobiles bought at poorvika are having lot of issues and I myself found people frequently coming their with complaints against new mobiles whenever i go their. Dont ever but anything at poorvika. Worst!

                Hello,

                This mail is regarding purchase of mobile (Xiaomi redmi 2) in poorvika through online.

                We had plans of gifting a mobile to our close friend and had chosen xiaomi redmi 2 model. To check the availability in salem showroom, we had given a call to customer care and had a conversation with murugan (Chennai manager) on 17th may and he checked with the showroom & gave a very hopeful & positive commitment that it will be delivered today and convinced us to book it through online.

                We checked with him several times for immediate delivery on 18-may & he said it will be delivered and suggested us to book it & pay through online though we do not have any idea of buying online. So we have booked it online on 17-may and paid the entire amount as well. We have informed that we will get it in noon and till evening we were waiting for it and got a call from poorvika in noon for order confirmation. Unfortunately, there is no sign of product delivery till evening and hence we called the poorvika showroom agaram branch. They said, bill is not generated and hence it will be delivered tomorrow. Not sure, how they can decide on this and also there is no intimation to us about the same.

                We had again spoke to customer care as we need to gift the mobile tomorrow and finally after talking with multiple representatives & wasted our time to get the mobile without bill, they confirmed that bill will be delivered tomorrow. Based on the reputation of poorvika, we have received the product from sambath who delivered it. He has opened the seal and showed us the mobile & asked us to charge it. We kept in charge and after sometime, we have taken the mobile & shocked to see the photos in gallery which was taken in the month of january (Attached the images). Also the seal name is lovely (Pls confirm, lovely will be seal??) attached the pictures for your reference.

                We have called the agaram branch immediately and their response was so lovely. They said, its shocking for them and must have send the only available piece which may be a show piece. Also concern person has left and he said he will get back to us tomorrow. Do you think, we should wait for all this?? If mobile is not available in showroom, they should have told us, we have thousand ways to get it from market. Now you made us feel, why we have chosen poorvika??

                We are highly disappointed with it since we received a show piece or used piece. Do you think, will we be ready to accept it or trying to clear the stock??? There is no intimation from them about it and delivered as if like a new phone. Am not sure, what you thought o[censored]s and we lost the image on poorvika.. Very pathetic and giving fake commitment. Literally its a betrayal and made a trust & broken it completely. Do we deserve it?? What will be the price for our time lost and unwanted stress & missing out to gift a person based on fake commitment by poorvika???

                We need a new piece or refund our money immediately. This is completed unacceptable. It is easy for you to refund the money but who will pay for all our pain and time spent on this issue. Unwanted trust and it is very clear to inform all our circle about this scenario. Am working in leading it firm as hr and such a experience shows, how you guys treat the other innocent people who do not voice out or not aware of raising a concern. Kindly do not repeat the same to ignorant people who are from south tamil nadu especially.

                If you cannot stick to your commitment, kindly do not make fake promises. We should have walked into poorvika showroom if your representative did not suggest for online.

                Concern 1: need a replacement - new phone (Hopefully this time) or refund the money. Either thing should happen within tomorrow noon.

                Concern 2: what is the justification for the fake commitment and wrong promise?

                Concern 3: how do you convince us or pay for all our unwanted stress, phone calls & time loss.

                Looking forward for some proper & immediate response on this.

                  Hi,

                  I am writing this email to inform you that i am very much disappointed with the purchase i have made from one of your stores.

                  I have purchased c2233: celkon: m-mobile - [protected] on[protected]:54:38 from vadapalani branch. However, i realized that the product which was sold to me had broken company seal and also it has got faulty headset and in-built speakers.

                  I reached the branch on the very next day itself to replace the faulty handset however i am very much shocked to see the response from the branch manager mr. Kumara kurubaran v. He was very much impolite and clearly don't know how to behave in front of the customers. I believe the sole intention is to only sell not product and he doesn't care about the customer after that and this is very well creating a very bad impression on poorvika brand. While i was discussing the issue with him, he is not ready to respond to my queries and shouting at one of the executive at the shop in a very rude tone and bad language. He said him "to get out of the shop" which is clearly intended to me. There was more but i don't to add everything in this email.

                  He clearly can see that the quality of the speakers in the phone is not good and he repetitively saying that i need to check with the service center to check if there is any fault and to get a certificate from them. Do you think this is fair way to sell the phone? As a customer, how would i feel to run to the service center on the first day of buying the phone? Is this the impression poorvika wanted to create?

                  I was ready to pay more money and get another phone but he was very much reluctant to provide me any positive response. I would kindly request you to look into this matter on priority and provide me positive response.

                      I bought lenovo A7000 in poorvika mobiles Namakkal. The handset started heating continusly on speaking, when I approach the show room manager on 30th april 2016 for guiding us about this he treated us worst and not even response to the problem about I told. The same happens to another customer also in front of me. There is no hospitality for name sake too. This kind of attitude from the show room manager make me not go back to poorvika mobiles again. I will suggest my friends, colligues & others to avoid poorvika mobiles for the same.

                      Poorvika mobiles namakkal s changing the rates of mobile phones...i asked for redmi note4 64gp phone..they said it was Rs.12999 but its out of stock on mar25, 2017 n it will b available after 10days...Today(march29, 2017), they have increased the price to 13499..Y u wr giving false prices and assurances..

                        Hi,

                        I bought two mobiles - Videocon -Cloud V1IA1 on 24/04/2016 for Rs 1600/- (800 Rs/- each) from Poorvika Mobiles, Anna Nagar by8.30 pm. They had given two Airtel sim cards for us as their service gesture. Yesterday ie on 27/04/2016 i had put the sims in both mobiles respectively and plugged in for charging for almost 6-7 hrs (as per the instruction from the officers at Poorvika Mobiles) . Post which, by evening there was network coverge on one of the sim, but not on the other sim.
                        I waited for another day post which, today evening i personally visited Poorvika Mobiles and spoke to the Manager Mr. Shiva Prakash. He checked the mobile and confirmed that there is an issue with the mobile, a pin is broken, due to which i l not be able to insert the sim in sim 1, whereas i can insert it in sim 2. He wanted me to personally visit their service centre to get this issue rectified. If not, he suggested that I can insert 1 sim and use the mobile.
                        I as a customer fail to understand that why should I visit a service centre and run behind it for a mobile I purchased the previous date, which i had not even used. Second point is that I had purchased a mobile with dual sim, because i require two sim. Why should i compromise and use the mobile with a single sim, when I had paid for the mobile with dual sim.

                        Adding salt to the injury, none of the officers in Poorvika is bothered to respond to me, they are just insistent on me visiting their service centre. This is just an utmost insult to a customer. I would seek a compensation for teh mental harrasment and the time wasted by me in running behind them.

                            April 19th I went poorvika medavakkam branch. I told to sales executive my mobile had some problems please check it he suddenly said battery week and he asked. Again I told if battery only problem ok go head or if any other problems you only take in charge. He changed battery I also paid money. But still problem is there again I asked he said charge pin problem he again asked for this problem you need to pay 400rs. Actually problem pin I asked why he changed battery and colleted money. I need solution replace battery or change pin.. finally I will say I need solutions. Here one thing is poorvika always collecting money from people's . Services not good. They motivate only money. Don't buy mobile phones from poorvika.

                              I showed to the employee. He told display is damaged and we need to replace both display and digitizer, it will cost 2700 plus 300 rs service charge. Total 3000 Rs

                              He told come and collect tomorrow evening
                              I with high hopes go into shop
                              30th march 2016.
                              That person is not there, another person says, sir one day it is not possible whoever told you misinformed you. It will take minimum two days
                              Come tomorrow else we will call you once it is done
                              31st march 2016- I go again
                              Sir, we told we will call you once it is done, what you think it takes time to repair mobile
                              1st april- I call them and ask if it is ready, told it will take more time collect tomorrow evening
                              2nd april- I go to shop in the evening.
                              Sir, the person who brings the sales stock lot hasnt come yet, he will come by 9 Pm, We will call you. You can collect then.
                              Call at 9 PM- Sir person hasn't come. Collect it tomorrow
                              3rd april - I go to the store at 1 PM
                              I collect phone, pay the amount. Everything is working fine.

                              I put the sim, it doesn't catch signal
                              They say signal might be weak. I told ok i will check and get back to you

                              I go to them telling signal is not coming, i even factory resetted everything

                              I call them, is the phone ready, sir cable we didnt get, can you collect tomorrow evening, it will be done for sure

                              I call them, sir we didnt get cable, we will get by tomorrow morning

                              7th morning
                              I go to the office, sir we will get it by evening, we will call you once we get the phone

                              I call them in evening, sir tomorrow morning it will be done, just call once before coming

                              sir, phone is ready, we got cable, everything is working, we are just checking 3-4 hrs we need to check

                              I said woww thanks, then can i collect by 1 PM, he told yeaa sir you can

                              I go at 1o clock- sir phone is not ready yet. Please come in evening

                              I lose my cool, i tell them why you keep lying again and again. Please give me your manager's number or head office number

                              He refuses to give the number. He gives me customer care number.
                              Customer care, first doesn't understand anything. Then when he does then he says I will call store and tell you


                              I give the call to store guy, he speaks and tells no problem sir, we told customer to come in evening, he came in afternoon thus he is getting angry

                              I was furious

                              customer care tells me sir we will call you once it is done.

                              and still i haven't received my phone

                              I might or might not receive

                              But this is the worst experience i had in terms of customer care.

                              My phone is in poorvika for 10 days for a 1 day job

                              And still they want to run company

                              I would go in consumer forum for this..!!

                                  It was committed to me at your nanganallur branch while purchasing vivo mobile they have committed on a sd card that it will fit in set top box. Desktop and mobile. But there is no way that it fits with desktop or sett op box. Now they say i have to purchase a separate holder costing rs. 1000. For selling a sd card extra your people have made these malpractices. Since. The sd card is opened there is no way of returning it. I wish a fair deal is made at your showroom to establish the name. My loss on purchasing a mobile at your show room is rs.950 overall i am cheated

                                    My friend attened meeting in Bangalore .he traveled from Mangalore by bus on previous night and returned back on meeting night you know human being only get good sleep on his bedroom not in moving bus . And he reached morning then compulsory report the job on same day.
                                    My question is
                                    1)why did not provided the leave for him to take rest.
                                    2) what company provides funds to meet experience on travel is no getting to him fully. why the hell managers are taking money to there pockets.
                                    3) according to Labour laws only 8 hours can be worked then extra or over time duties needed to give extra salary to his work done.
                                    But he receive only basic salary for 12 hours duty
                                    4) laws says 24 days can take earning leaves in the year and also can take regular leaves.but in porvika mobile nothing will get.
                                    5) in terms of incentives sales person not getting fully amount
                                    6) PF is not provided if he resign without per notice
                                    I am asking if he suffered from illness and he wanted PF funds to run home it is his money medical expenses will be covered under ESI .why the porvika norms are not good
                                    IN YOUR BUSINESS MAINTEN GOOD HUMAN CAPITAL SALES WILL BE INCREASED IF SALES PERSON IS POSITIVE TOWARDS COMPANY
