I enter into Poorvika in dhandeeswaram as my display was broken and touch was working.
Date: 29th march 2016
I showed to the employee. He told display is damaged and we need to replace both display and digitizer, it will cost 2700 plus 300 rs service charge. Total 3000 Rs
I told OK
He told come and collect tomorrow evening
I with high hopes go into shop
30th march 2016.
That person is not there, another person says, sir one day it is not possible whoever told you misinformed you. It will take minimum two days
Come tomorrow else we will call you once it is done
31st march 2016- I go again
Sir, we told we will call you once it is done, what you think it takes time to repair mobile
1st april- I call them and ask if it is ready, told it will take more time collect tomorrow evening
2nd april- I go to shop in the evening.
Sir, the person who brings the sales stock lot hasnt come yet, he will come by 9 Pm, We will call you. You can collect then.
Call at 9 PM- Sir person hasn't come. Collect it tomorrow
3rd april - I go to the store at 1 PM
I collect phone, pay the amount. Everything is working fine.
I put the sim, it doesn't catch signal
They say signal might be weak. I told ok i will check and get back to you
3rd april evening
I go to them telling signal is not coming, i even factory resetted everything
They check the phone
Sir the mobile network cable is damaged, we dont have that long cable. Collect the phone tomorrow evening
4th april evening
Sir, we didnt get the cable, tomorrow we will get the cable and fix the phone please collect the phone tomorrow
5th april evening
I call them, is the phone ready, sir cable we didnt get, can you collect tomorrow evening, it will be done for sure
6th april evening
I call them, sir we didnt get cable, we will get by tomorrow morning
7th morning
I go to the office, sir we will get it by evening, we will call you once we get the phone
I call them in evening, sir tomorrow morning it will be done, just call once before coming
8th morning 10 am
Called, is the phone ready?
Sir we will call you back
waited for call back
call came
sir, phone is ready, we got cable, everything is working, we are just checking 3-4 hrs we need to check
I said woww thanks, then can i collect by 1 PM, he told yeaa sir you can
I go at 1o clock- sir phone is not ready yet. Please come in evening
I lose my cool, i tell them why you keep lying again and again. Please give me your manager's number or head office number
He refuses to give the number. He gives me customer care number.
Customer care, first doesn't understand anything. Then when he does then he says I will call store and tell you
I give the call to store guy, he speaks and tells no problem sir, we told customer to come in evening, he came in afternoon thus he is getting angry
I was furious
customer care tells me sir we will call you once it is done.
and still i haven't received my phone
I might or might not receive
But this is the worst experience i had in terms of customer care.
My phone is in poorvika for 10 days for a 1 day job
And still they want to run company
I would go in consumer forum for this..!!
