[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — beware fraud company selling counterfeit and refurbished phones

I bought an iphone x from poorvika rt nagar bangalore for 86, 000 on 4th january. After 2 weeks i started facing face id issues and just 15 days since i bought the phone. After getting update from icare they should that it was a counterfiet phone and the phone was extensively physical damage inside... They are not ready to accept it as their fault... It is clear that they are selling refurbished and used phones to customers... As i told this to people i know many of them told me that they too were cheated by poorvika... Stay away from this fake company looting customers... My issue is not yet solved and they are asking me another 40, 000 thousand for repairing... I’ll take this issue further to the consumer court if it isn’t solved
