    I had bought a mobile on 15 aug 2018, from inorbit poorvika store for that i was supposed to get cashback till november end, but now its almost feb 2019 still i have not received casback

    I had contacted store persons also they told me to wait till december, now i want the resason of delay and i need compensation for all these harassment.

    I can not go all the time to store just only because of this cashback.

    I had purchased a Samsung earphone from Poorvika store in Vijay forum mall, Chennai in June 2018. I have lost the bill for the Samsung earphone I had purchased from Poorvika. Need a duplicate issued for giving my earphone for service. I neither have the bill nor the box

      Got blue tooth on 29th of sep in poorvika valsaravakam showroom. One side speker is not working. Went to samsung service centre. They asked orgimal bill. Actual color of product is blue. But in porvika bill they mentioned as black. So samung hesitate to replace the product. Still now i not recived actual product. Given the hole kit and orginal billl to poorvika valasaravkam branch this monday. But still no replacement.

        beware fraud company selling counterfeit and refurbished phones

        I bought an iphone x from poorvika rt nagar bangalore for 86, 000 on 4th january. After 2 weeks i started facing face id issues and just 15 days since i bought the phone. After getting update from icare they should that it was a counterfiet phone and the phone was extensively physical damage inside... They are not ready to accept it as their fault... It is clear that they are selling refurbished and used phones to customers... As i told this...

          I have bought iphone 6s in tirunelveli poorvika branch. They were promised a gift for that, and ll be give within a week. But their after there where no response, i have called 4times for either give or not. Every time different fellow taking a call and speaking like 1st time. We are not begging. For costly buy poorvika will treat like this only

          After contacted to the showroom, I was hopeless while making a complaint. But I was surprised their after bcoz, from head office they were reacted rapidly and solved within 2days. Ms.Deepa from head office who has coordinated till the issues get it solved for the customer. Earlier I have had thought, after bought an iPhone, their after I wont purchase anything from Poorvika. But now it’s bit changed. Thank u, have a nice day.

            My self muneer today[protected] around 11.30am i had send the one my restaurant team member for purchase landline charger but this team member don't know about charger by-mistakenly he had purchase sony chargers cost is rs.910/- we are working in kfc restaurant we are unable to purchase this amount charger hence we need refund or we purchased another chargers which is cost below rs500/- but this store manager deny for give the refund, then whats is the use for go the poorvika if we didn't get the good customer service, really its worst experience, i had recommended my friend also don't go any poorvika for purchase anything.

            I bought 2 no's swift 4G mobile on 17th Aug month from the next day mobile got problem and gaven service to the store, but issue has not been resolved yet. Totally upset of the service provided to me

They gave me a different color mobile and charged me 12500 but the actual cost is 9500 but they charged me 12500 and forced me to buy the mobile... The mobile has lots of issue and now if i contact poorvika they are dening to help... I'm helpless now.. I want poorvika mobiles to take this mobile back and refund my money i paid... Poorvika is very worst service and involving in fraud activities...

                  The mobile has issue and it's verified by the Authorized Gionee Service centre... Poorvika has cheated me and made me fool by selling old phones and they did not open the seal of the phone infront of me... Poorvika should be banned

                        Bought an airtel 4g hotspot device along with the simcard. The given simcard is not yet activated, already crossed 24hrs, they told me 4hrs tat time. They also gave me 2nd sim card with different number and told me 4hrs tat to activate. But its been 6hrs now not yet activated.                           We had purchase jio mobile with jio sim on dec 1st week 2018 but still there is nothing happened in activation we faced worst customer service experience.

                          We went so many time to that poorvika showroom. Still they can't able to response properly.

                          Please take this priority and close it immediately.

                            I went to poorvika to purchase mobile but they said to purchase some other mobile by telling it is very good and all. So i purchased that mobile but it has no features then i went to exchange. But they are not responding properly they will tell there is no exchange policy in poorvika and all.                               My father brought me Nokia 3 for 7k.this mobile was outdated.it had 16gb memory and 2 gb ram .my father didn't knew about this specification.so I called the customer care service of Poorvika to update the phone with mi or honor.they told that once it's billed it can't be change... Flipkart, amazon also have return policy for 10days then why can't Poorvika has this policy.i didn't even opened the box just brought this evening please help

                                I purchased a samsung cell phone from poorvika mobiles outlet in gopalan signature mall on 24th december at around 7pm. When i tried to charge the phone and switch it on after couple of hours the cell phone was not switching on and i called the poorvika outlet around 8:30pm, they asked me to come next day.

                                When i reached the outlet on 25th december the sales executive who sold me the phone was not at the store, one other person attended to the issue, he checked the phone and charged it for some time, but it didn't work so he told me that nothing can be done now as the phone is already billed for and asked me to go to samsung service center next day (26th december) to get the phone checked.
                                I reached the samsung service center on 26th and they showed me a small crack at the bottom of the screen that is hardly visible to naked eye, and told me that the screen has to be replaced, which will cost 40% of the cost price of the phone. This will be considered as physical damage and will not come under the warranty.

                                I went back to poorvika outlet on 26th december as they have sold me a defective product and they are refusing to refund or exchange the phone and told that i should have come back to the store on 24th itself. They are not taking the ownership of the defected product which they have sold and asked me to talk to the sales representative who sold me the phone.
                                Now they are trying to avoid by giving reasons. Why should i talk to the sales representative who sold me the phone, i bought the phone from the poorvika outlet and not ftom that individual. It is the responsibility of poorvika outlet to address my issue and they should take the ownership. They have made me go to samsung service center and nothing is fixed. This is absolutely ridiculous customer service, i have paid money to poorvika mobiles and i want the issue to be fixed by them.

                                I have visited the store on Friday 28th December, they told me to come along with them to Samsung Service center next day, so I went and there I have told what had happened, so they have taken the phone and told me to come back on Wednesday that is on 2nd January 2018 to the store, I am just waiting for 2nd January and once I get any update and will update the same here.

                                The display was already broken, it is hardly visible and the screen was broken from inside not outside verified by the Samsung service center and they told they will send this phone to Chennai for replacement, once the device reached there now they are telling it is a physical damage, logically if there is physical damage there should be a small or tiny dent in the phone but there is none and you guys are not at all ready to fight with them, instead you want me to come all the way to service center to your store this shows how you guys take ownership for customers, but none the less, I have done mistake once and make sure going forward never recommend or buy phone or anything from your store for sure.

                                Thanks but no thanks for cheating your customer, you guys will never be happy ever again for sure.

                                I purchased micromax x556 today 28 Dec 2018 at 2.40 pm, I went home and father seen the mobile he said screen size is so small unable to view due to vision problem, then I called the poorvika ambattur branch where I purchase, they said to come and change the mobile no problem, so went to showroom 15 mins itself.
                                Showroom sales person said its not been changed and they wrongly give information .after few minutes they told me to exchange the mobile when purchase amount was Rs 900 its basic mobile it will be taken exchange price Rs 500 only.

                                Its newly purchase mobile from your showroom just 30mins before but your asking my mobile for exchange price just 500 rupees. Want kind of cheating and told me exchange or kindly leave the place wasting our time,

                                Atleast manager should come and explain the situation try to find solution.they finally changed my mobile karbonn for me and loss of rupees 400 this kind of service never any one.

                                  I order one mobile on 29 nov 2018
                                  First thing if they are not able to give delivery on my area then why they taken order???
                                  They should now theirs ability before deducting money from someones account
                                  Then i call them on 3 rt 0f dec and cancel my order but this status shows on website on 9 th dec.
                                  Now its more than 25 days but they did not refund my money.
                                  Its a veryyyyyyyyyyyyy bad experience with poorvika.
                                  I suggest to all please save your money never ever go with sites like poorvika.com they just sat there to make foolish the peoples.
                                  I was tired to call the costumer care of poorvika they people dont have enough and proper information not even language.

                                  Hi, I am from thoothukudi, I gave my mobile for changing the display before 8 days, they are not delivering to me, they are telling we don't have the spare parts, how the big shop don't have the new mobile parts? Worst time in poorvika thoothukudi showroom.
