Date of the incident: 12/12/2020 Full description of the incident: We went and bought true beats bluetooth wireless headset. While purchasing the same, they told mobile stand is free. I particularly asked if it is free, then give it else I don't want. The amount of true beats in poorvika is 2299 including SGST abd CGST. But when they gave the bill, the gave the bill with 2 items: True beats with 1525.42 and Adjustable desktop stand 422.88 which excludes SGST and CGST. Including SGST and CGST comes to same amount 2299. How come the price has reduced and how are you forcing customers to buy products that they aren't interested. The sales person is telling, this is not free it is offer. We said we don't want the offer. Bill only this product. After repeated demands from our end, they said return the desktop mobile stand and come after half an hour. We returned the product with the hope that the bill for bluetooth headset which is 1525.42 rupees. But to our surprise, the single product was quoted as 2299. Now Poorvika has to reply how within half an hour the price of the product changed and what kind of offer is this. Attaching the bill with two items and also attaching the bill with single item. Dec 18, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved We asked the amount 500 in rupees which we additionally paid and they gave the amount. They told to come to poorvika showroom. I have signed a letter from them saying I have purchased the product and they have written that they are giving back 500 rupees. The also took photo in which I got 500 rupees from the sales guy.
Kind request to Poorvika, if you are billing the product and say if the product is free. it sounds weird. Kindly explain to customer properly before billing the products Poorvika Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Poorvika team called us and informed that the sales team in the show room was informed us about this offer before purchasing the items. But actually they never informed. They told that they will put a con call with show room. I replied yes. But they cut the call without giving any information and solution to my issue. 100% cheating.
