To whom it may concern,

Recently I bought Samsung Galaxy M11 at Poorvika (Annanagar, Chennai-40). I am very disappointed that Poorvika sales person(P-02268-Mohammed Asif A) cheated with me in name of offer (Buy 1 Mobile and get free headphone but in bill two items purchased) on M115 Galaxy M11 mobile phone and stereo headphones boom for Rs.13000.

1.In fact, I wasn't interested to buy headphone.
2.The salesperson forced to buy headphone & charged Rs.594.
3.CGST and SGST - Rs.1983.06.

Literally I lost Rs.1000 by salesperson fraud sell (cheated).

I am seeking your assistance on this issue. Please take necessary action and do the needful.

The showroom manager has accepted their salesperson mistakes and offered the compensation gift (sowbhagya fry pan and travel bag). One thing is damn sure. They will use this cheap sell trick to another customer, if you are not taking this issue to your higher officials or if they are not taking this complaint seriously.

    My son RC Manoj purchased REALME 7 128GB 8GB Ram phone from Poorvika Mobiles, Kilkattalai on 22nd Nov 2020 along with two more items. The audio of the gadget is not working properly and it gives stammering effect to the receivers. When we took the phone to Poorvika, they suggested us to go to service center. We went to the designated service center Ocean Service Center but the service was the worst and girls working at the center were totally harassing and disrespectful to the customers. Why mobiles sellers like Poorvika Mobiles choose such service centers where customers are not respected. They seem to have run a software to set it right. Suppose an audio does not work, will it solve the issue. Moreover a new phone would not warrant any software to be updated. This looked like eyewash. We want Poorvika to replace the phone immediately as we are NOT AT ALL SATISFIED with the phone as well as the way the service is given at Ocean Service Centre. our Invoice No. is GSI/KILK/4412 dt 22nd November 2020.       Yesterday[protected], I purchased a mobile phone and screen glass from Poorvika Mobiles Show Room, Thiruvottiyur, Chennai.

      I told them that I need separate invoices (bills) for mobile phone and screen glass. That's why I made separate payments. For the mobile, I paid through CREDIT CARD and for the screen glass, I paid CASH.

      Contrary to my expectations, they provided me a single invoice, which I didn't want. They were so adamant to correct this. They were also very RUDE in their bahaviour.

      Because they have given me a single invoice, it will not be useful for me for reimbursement (I am a central government officer).

      Kindly look into this issue.

        Speakers were not sealed and neckbands was not not compatible with laptop
        Poorvika Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        They are rude and customer service is bad, they are telling they will give new speakers from sealed one with old serial no.later they said they will do with new serial no. I not trusting with the product they are billing with new serial number only but I'm not trusting with the product .I wanted my money to reverse it back.

          I visited poorvika store on 29th December 2020 for screen guard for my 2 samsung m51 mobiles. online the price is 699 but I was charged 900 for one. I request to refund the difference amount for both.

            Hi sir, i bought one mobile on 24th dec 2020 via NetBanking through poorvika online store done by sale manager in store after i done the payment bill not generated i wait for more one hour they check IT team he said not not done but i show in my account already made i given INR number and CC Avenue name made to store incharge(muthulakshmi) she said sorry that payment will return back within half n hour to one hour then i wait for some again i asked the back end team for online purchase he clearly said your order not done the money will come to your bank one hour then i made new payment for the same mobile via credit card and i purchase new one in the one guy call what happen i said i paid but i didnt receive the copy of payment then from your side that order is not made you will get money in one hour automatically then i said ok., again i paid for the same mobile via credit card then that person ok and cut the call after i receive message you order is cancelled i dont know my order is open from store as well as online team your order is not done., now they are not paying my money now 5days over., that day itself your order is open said by somebody i will wait that time order not placed sir you will pay again and the before paid amount will get in half hour., now they are giving shameless reason to me please give the needful and get my money today

                Full description of the incident: We went and bought true beats bluetooth wireless headset. While purchasing the same, they told mobile stand is free. I particularly asked if it is free, then give it else I don't want. The amount of true beats in poorvika is 2299 including SGST abd CGST. But when they gave the bill, the gave the bill with 2 items: True beats with 1525.42 and Adjustable desktop stand...

                I am from Bangalore. I am sending this mail with frustration of following-up everytime with the Poorvika Mobiles showroom in Kumaraswamy Layout, Bangalore branch.

                I have purchased my Samsung M31 8GB+128GB mobile on Nov 29 around 9:30PM with insurance & tempered glass. After I reached home, the mobile had scratches & 3 screenshots in the mobile. After 3 days of continuous visit (morning & evening), I got my mobile replaced on Dec 3. Everytime I have to spend more 30 mins to get the answer ‘No, it cant be done now’.

                Now that I got my replacement mobile on Dec 3, I didn’t get my insurance tagged to my new mobile and didn’t receive my tempered glass. Everytime I call them, either the Manager will be out for Tea/Lunch or will not pick the showroom contact mobile (this happened more than 10-15 times and other customers also had issue). Even if they pick, they will promise to call us back which didn’t happen even once. From Dec 3, I am following up with Manager to get the Insurance tagged. He said that its already with the concerned team and once the backend team updates it, he will let me know. Dec 9th when I called them, they asked me for Aadhaar proof, Email & Address details which I have already provided on Nov 29 when I received my first mobile.

                Today (Dec 12) when I went and asked about the status, after 30 mins of wait they asked me to raise a complaint directly with the Insurance company (Oneassist). When I asked why this was not informed from Day 1, they said they are getting different directions from ASM, Others in Poorvika and also not having clear direction on how to get it retagged.

                I called Oneassist today while I was in the showroom. For the mobile which was purchased on Dec 3, from the showroom end they raised the request on Dec 9. Again they asked me to visit on Monday to get this done (Not sure whether it will happen on Dec 14, Monday). Today I received a mail from OneAssist, as Poorvika failed to raised to request it on time.

                I have also followed up over email since Dec 9 and send an email to Poorvika escalation mail id. No response from them as well (after 2 emails with necessary attachments, yesterday they asked me to provide PDF copy which is also shared).

                Its really disappointing to see such a behavior from Poorvika as the customer service is too worst. I am dissatisfied with the way they treat customers. Very poor customer service overall in Poorvika (In person /Online requests)

                      Hi Team,

                      I made a purchase of Oneplus Nord mobile (IMEI Number is mentioned in the invoice copy) from Poorvika store, Thanjavur in the month of August dated 29.08.2020 with an offer of 10% cashback using Yes bank credit card option.I have done the transaction using the same.

                      As per scheme I shall be eligible for getting the cashback of 2000 rupees within 90 days. The cashback will be credited in the Yes bank credit account but it's already 93 days yet I have not received the cashback.

                      Cashback not recieved and the agents in Poorvi ka mobiles told me I will get the cashback in 19 days .. This was assured by 3 agents in store when I got the mobile .. I haven’t received the cash back yet ..

                        Hi,

                        I have bought SanDisk dual disk 128gb at Poorvika Mobiles Tumkur, the salesperson names Mohanakumara G informed the price will be 2900rs after discount it will be 2199.
                        But when it is billed it was showing as two items, one with SanDisk with 1651.69 as MRP and a Vooki sanitizer of 500ml as 211rs as MRP with cgst 167.72rs. and sgst 167.72rs together. They haven't communicated about sanitizer during purchase. When I checked the bill it contains 2 items pendrive and sanitiser. Now they are not refunding for the intentionally adding of this item. the shop person claiming it as offer price, same has been cross verified on Poorvika online website there is no such offer for which SanDisk product is sold for 1899Rs inclusive tax and Vooki sanitizer for 250Rs inclusive tax.
                        I want to take serious action on Poorvika Mobiles Tumkur and help me to resolve this Fraud activity.

                          We had purchased a mobile phone from Poorvika mobiles, Chennai and paid through Bajaj Finance EMI. After verifying the prices we had found that the prices have reduced. When approaching the dealer for the same, we were informed that the difference in amount would be refunded if the product had been purchased through cash or card. We were also informed that we would be refunded if the loan was cancelled. After a lot of effort we were able to contact the Finance dealer for the same who have informed that the loan would be cancelled, if a letter is received from Poorvika mobiles on the issue and fresh bill to be received on the revised amount.

While am asking with the customer care executive they told that there is no gift offer is provided. But Diwali Edition is with gift box only oppo company is providing. They cheats me.

                            I order a mobile through the online portal. Model Oppo F17 Pro Diwali Edition. But I got only mobile.

                            The Diwali Edition is offered by the company with an gift box. But poorvika customer service representative told me that there is no gift offer available.

                            They are chatting with the customer.

                              It has getting heat for long use and do not connect properly with my device.
                              As per conversation with poorvika sales and service (online) they replied there is no option for refund.
                              And i contacted with Perambalur store manager which was purchase item at the branch and they are replied adjust and use the item, we cannot able to get refund for it like he replied.
                              They do not know how to treat the customer.

                              Need refund for my product.

                                  I had purchased oppo f17 from poorvika mobiles, Tirupur on 11/10/2020 by believing the words of the salesman...On the 2nd day of the purchase itself, i came to know that there was a issue in call recording on the same day itself i approached the salesman of poorvika he direct me to visit the oppo service center but there is no proper response...After 2 weeks of mobile usage, my mobile is hanging a large, i also intimate the same with the salesman and the branch head of the poorvika mobiles, they assured me that they approach the oppo service center and surely they will change the phone and give new mobile to me...On believing their words on 17/11/2020 i surrender my mobile with oppo service center to change it... They also assured the same to me... But there is no more response from them..I repeatedly approached both the oppo service centre and poorvika mobiles but no response... But on 19/11/2020 they returned my mobile in same condition which i gave to them by stating that my mobile have no hang issue.. But i take the video at the time of hanging of the mobile...After recieving the mobile from them also, i faced the same hanging problem twice till now...Finally i realized that poorvika mobiles and authorized oppo service center purposely cheated me by selling a unworthy product to me and their only motive is to earn money and the never show any interest on customer's satisfication..

                                    I bought a new Vivo Y11 mobile. The executive said that it has variant 3 GB 64 GB inbuilt memory. But after reaching home find that it is 32 GB inbuilt memory. He said that price is 10300 for mobile and will give 200 for power bank. Later it is found that it is also a cheating method. I want refund.

                                      I purchased samsung a21s in madurai simmakkal branch @ 13th-Nov-2020. It is having a full touch issue.And I am not able to use it as purchased.Yesterday(17-Nov-2020) night I went to the shop and reproduced that issue. But they asked to go to the service center to fix this issue or replacement.

                                      Today I went to the shop & wasted my 4 working hours(half day) in your shop and service center. But they told me to come by tomorrow. But my issue is still not resolved.

                                      I checked with customer chat, Poorvika have 7 days replacement if they have the issue. But Poorvika staff said that they don't have that option.

                                      How many times a customer wastes time for this new product issue. I am totally disappointed to treat this type of service.

                                      Please do the needful for my case. Please make this a priority.

                                      It is more inconvenience for me and Poorvika staffs are not treating customers useful

                                      Important suggestion : As a consumer point of view, Poorvika should take the responsibility for the new product within 4 days for the replacement. Otherwise it will be a issue for both(customer as well as poorvika). This is each of customer's point of view. After 4 days, they gave the new handset for me. But it should be a quick one. For the new product, you should replace quickly on spot if the customer replicate the issue. This is the way most of online companies are doing(flipkart, amazon). If you want the customer need to spend time for the replacement, they will easy swap your company.

                                      I am not getting any response from Poorvika till now. Very worst service. and customer care representative informed that I have wasted my time for this process. They don't have communication between the team and the process. Waste of time for customer point of view
