I am from Bangalore. I am sending this mail with frustration of following-up everytime with the Poorvika Mobiles showroom in Kumaraswamy Layout, Bangalore branch.
I have purchased my Samsung M31 8GB+128GB mobile on Nov 29 around 9:30PM with insurance & tempered glass. After I reached home, the mobile had scratches & 3 screenshots in the mobile. After 3 days of continuous visit (morning & evening), I got my mobile replaced on Dec 3. Everytime I have to spend more 30 mins to get the answer ‘No, it cant be done now’.
Now that I got my replacement mobile on Dec 3, I didn’t get my insurance tagged to my new mobile and didn’t receive my tempered glass. Everytime I call them, either the Manager will be out for Tea/Lunch or will not pick the showroom contact mobile (this happened more than 10-15 times and other customers also had issue). Even if they pick, they will promise to call us back which didn’t happen even once. From Dec 3, I am following up with Manager to get the Insurance tagged. He said that its already with the concerned team and once the backend team updates it, he will let me know. Dec 9th when I called them, they asked me for Aadhaar proof, Email & Address details which I have already provided on Nov 29 when I received my first mobile.
Today (Dec 12) when I went and asked about the status, after 30 mins of wait they asked me to raise a complaint directly with the Insurance company (Oneassist). When I asked why this was not informed from Day 1, they said they are getting different directions from ASM, Others in Poorvika and also not having clear direction on how to get it retagged.
I called Oneassist today while I was in the showroom. For the mobile which was purchased on Dec 3, from the showroom end they raised the request on Dec 9. Again they asked me to visit on Monday to get this done (Not sure whether it will happen on Dec 14, Monday). Today I received a mail from OneAssist, as Poorvika failed to raised to request it on time.
I have also followed up over email since Dec 9 and send an email to Poorvika escalation mail id. No response from them as well (after 2 emails with necessary attachments, yesterday they asked me to provide PDF copy which is also shared).
Its really disappointing to see such a behavior from Poorvika as the customer service is too worst. I am dissatisfied with the way they treat customers. Very poor customer service overall in Poorvika (In person /Online requests)
