[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — Cashback not received yet

Hi Team,

I made a purchase of LG Wing mobile (IMEI Number 1: [protected]) from Poorvika store, Chennai in the month of December dated 26.12.2020 with an offer of 10% cashback using Hdfc debit card option.I have done the transaction using the same.
As per scheme I shall be eligible for getting the cashback of 7000 rupees within 90 days(3 months). But it's already 8 months yet I have not received the cashback.
I have contacted the proovika staffs who are in kandhan chavadi branch and reported this issue. But they are not responding properly and they are just ignoring my calls.I have been reaching them for the past 4 months but still they have not resolved my issue. So kindly do the needful.
