Day before yesterday 20/09/2021 i went to purchase mobile phone in poorvika mobiles JP Nagar and im looking for a different product (oppo reno 6 / Vivo) but poorvika sales girl suggested me a bad phone and she gave wrong informations about oppo & vivo they said that **** model is better then oppo reno 6 & suggested me to buy that **** model but i am not satisfied after using it. I think it is not worth and they simply diverted me and pushed me to buy
kindly inform them to exchange this phone so that i will change the phone and will go to different model/product which i like to purchase(with same price/range)

Purchased just one day before plz do the needfull

Now i am unsatisfied and unhappy with your service if you are ready to solve my problem then im happy with poorvika customer care/service and i will visit again

I have not mentioned that model/product name above i have mentioned as ***
Because i don't have any intention to spoil the name of any brands

Check my invoice number and do the needful

    Iam buying an iphone 11 last two months ago in Poorvika at Pattukkottai. Having not the completed full even of two months, when will connect the charging in my phone will be getting over heat and issue in my phone. Already iam contact to pattukottai poorvika and i was tell to my complaint but stiil now not not short out in my issues and not proper response. So kindly go ahead and clear to this issues. I will hope to good reply from your end

        Here after I don't buy a single product from POORVIKA... very very worst behaviour of branch Manager...HE IS LYING TO MUCH.. AN SHOWING WORST BEHAVIOUR TO CUSTOMER'S... Even I couldn't claim my neckband (within warranty).. it's ok for me... But he didn't have me an basic respect... Please take action against branch manager... They are concentrating only on money... QUALITY IS AN BEST WAY TO ACHIEVE CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION.. simply concentrating on money is waste... I purchased so many products of POORVIKA from different branches..but this is very worst... ANYWAY BYE BYE POORVIKA.
        HERE AFTER I COULD NOT ANY SINGLE PRODUCT FROM POORVIKA..UNTILL I GET A CLEAR EXPLANATION FROM THAT BRANCH SIDE... PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON HIM... OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE SO MANY CUSTOMERS LIKE ME...EVEN HERE AFTER I COULD NOT PREFER ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING IN POORVIKA...😡😡😡

            On 28- February-2021, I paid 592.37 INR and purchased a Realme Buds Classic at the Pondy Bazaar
            The sales person Soumya informed me that the product comes with a 1 year warranty.
            She did not provide me a warranty card, but told me that the invoice can be used to fix any repairs within the 1 year warranty period

            In September I contacted the Realme Service centre at Ispahani center, I was told that the product had only 6 months warranty. It is past 6 months and 8 days and they cannot fix it free of cost

            The Poorvika store representative apologized for this, but their apology will not fix anything. I lost 592.37 INR

            The Customer service has also apologized.
            But will I get my money back or replacement

            I spoke to the Poorvika customer service again and they are saying their sales person has couple of experience and she never lied .They werent there when the conversation happened

            The sales person Soumya showed me many products, but assured me that Realme is a great brand ​and

            ALL THE PRODUCTS FROM REALME CARRY A 1 YEAR WARRANTY

            She miscommunicated and robbed my 592.37 INR. She never gave me warranty card
            This product is available for Rs.400 online. But Poorvika profited nearly 50% from this sale and sold me a defective product and giving lame excuses

            This is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY
            Am sick and tired of Poorvika .

              Hi im SIVARAJ from karaikudi

              31 aug 21 evening 7 o clock, i bought vivo e 21 5g mobile at EMI and i paid 5000 initial amount,
              The EMI was given by TVS finance which i didnt insist the sales representive he gave me option of buying a mobile through this TVS finance.
              The problem is there is a permenant notification comes under at bottom of locked mobile as " the device belongs to &as under financed by tvs finance" after i swipe to screen lock it disapear, but after 30 sec the device screen lock the notification comes.
              I went shop on 1 sep 21 and i asked a solution,
              The staffs at branch they speak loud and its not possible to cancel the notification as you were purchased in EMI .
              The branch staff insist me to take the device to VIVO service centre and change the OS and ask them to remove TVS finance notification they will remove this software, Not even 24 hours completed he asked me to do OS change and erase particular software through shortcut.
              I asked replacement and if there a possible refund the money the total branch staff around me gathered and asking irrelevant question as we cant take replacement .
              The branch head asked me to pay complete EMI of 21000 to resolve the problem on the second day of purchase or device given to VIVO service centre to change the OS he gave me 2 option.

              I gave the device and box with charger headphone and i gave them the bill copy at 1 sep 21 at 4 30 pm within 24 hours.
              They refused for refund or replacement kindly help me.

                I had buy an bluetooth headset on one year ago... It's an 18month warranty product...now it's not audible on one side... 6 months more to warranty to be close... Today I went to that poorvika showroom t.nagar branch near joyalukkas... They didn't treat me well... He tolds that product is an use& throw product...he not even tested that product... They are all concentrating only on money... Even though I bought so many mobiles in poorvika..HERE AFTER I WOULD NOT BUY AN SINGLE PRODUCT IN POORVIKA... I DONT WANT A REPLACEMENT.. BUT I NEED A BASIC RESPECT... VERY VERY POOR BRANCH...

                  I made a purchase of LG Wing mobile (IMEI Number 1: [protected]) from Poorvika store, Chennai in the month of December dated 26.12.2020 with an offer of 10% cashback using Hdfc debit card option.I have done the transaction using the same.
                  As per scheme I shall be eligible for getting the cashback of 7000 rupees within 90 days(3 months). But it's already 8 months yet I have not received the cashback.br...

                  This is Sathish from Salem . 29/08/21 evening I purchased an apple iPhone 12 mini silicone case white for Rs.4900/-.
                  Not even a day passed the color of the case turned yellow while charging through MagSafe wireless apple original charger . So I raised a complaint in apple store and went thr for a replacement ..at that time only I came to knw tat the product which I bought from poorvika is fake and the serial number in the case and in the box doesn’t match .. when I went to poorvika asking abt the issue they r not answering properly .. I need a refund ..now.. they r saying tat they don’t hav a sealed iPhone case and all r kinda diff serial number . They are asking me to purchase a different product Fr tat cost .. is this wat u people do selling fake products .. They cant show any other brand mobiles in these amount i have idea to buy another mobile they not allowing to me to cancell this Mi 10 pro They compuled me to buy this mobile bcz of they said some 'server problem we cannot cancelled this after the Online EMI process so buy this only'So i bought this phone but i am not satisfied what i have, and financial partner extra added intrst too

                          Please look into this it's my hard earning money to buy a laptop, I ordered a Asus intel celeron N4020 through poorvika Website, I payed through UPI Google Pay My Hard Earning Money Rs.21990 Was Debited From My Account But the Order Was Not Placed, Then I mailed the support team they replied that order was cancelled. That's okay. Then Where is My Money ?Can I Get Refund ?? Still waiting for the reply I followed This so Hard, through Mail to support team and escalation team both are saying, we have forwarded the details to the concerned team and we will notify you on the same once we receive any further updates. but I didn't have any clarity.they are not giving any confirmation mail regarding refund the amount, Please look into this it's urgent, iam getting pressure from My Home.please

                              I had purchased a mobile worth 29, 990 at Poorvika Mobiles, Tumkur and found it was defective in 10 days. I visited brand service center and took the DOA Letter for the same but Poorvika Mobiles didn't have the stock of Same mobile. They forcibly recommended me by going for advanced model of Mobile with Rs. 9000 extra. I agreed because salesperson told me there will be 1 year of damage protection and additional gifts will be provided. I agreed and frustrated waiting for long. Offer was on same particular day only but they didn't bill the handset on same day. Next day when repeatedly called to salesperson, he shared me the snap of damage protection of just 180 days. When shouted at him, he told he will discuss with his manager and come back but never turned up. Although bill was also not shared me until I escalated. Mobile was purchased on 11th of Aug but bill received on 14th after I escalated on their matrix. Escalation team wasn't helpful to even after sharing all the proofs and repeatedly proved to be unprofessional. They don't have any answers to my questions and just kept on repeating that it was said only 180 days of damage protection. They deducted points from the Poorvika points account without any information. Even looping the MD's mail ID she help me out. Unable to attach the mail's as the format is not supported. Kindly help me get the 9000Rs of additionally paid amount back as they harrassed me with their cheap staff as a compensation and Please help me out of this horrible experience.

                              We given enough clarity regarding the complaint to your mail id, request you to check the same.

                              1. Only after you agreed to pay the difference, Reno pro was replaced
                              2. There is no policy with any dealer that if the stock unavailable the next model to be replaced with the same cost
                              3. Additional 1000/- discount given to customer
                              4. It was clearly informed about the damage protection scheme at the time of sale itself
                              5. Invoice bill – “customer was in hurry and said I’ll will collect the bill later” but it was billed on the same day and waited for customer arrival
                              6. Branch staffs are committed for usual compliment which is not eligible for the price discounted mobile, even though I’ll advise them to arrange it soon to honor their commitment.

                                I have bought airtel dongle on 26/04/2021 from Poorvika. Invoice Number is : GSI/UDPI/386. Dongle stopped working today as it is not powering on. I have tried removing the battery, kept it for charge and tried restarting still no go... No Physical damage.. Stopped working all of a sudden..

                                  I purchased a Samsung mobile at Coimbatore RS Puram showroom. But I am unable to make calls on the phone. Later I went to showroom they checked and found that the device is under repair. I spent a whole day on the showroom for servicing. But at last they are unable to resolve the issue.
                                  I need a replacement of my mobile. There is an improper response from showroom. From the day I purchased I was visiting the showroom to replace the mobile. They agreed that the issue is with the mobile. Then why they are hesitating to replace the mobile.

                                    I purchased Amazon Firestick from Poorvika Tumkur branch but is not working with my tv I complained one of your consultants has come and checked he got know the condition also he checked upgrade version of Amazon firestick it was working I asked for degradation he said up-gradation is not available kindly fix this issue allow me to replace with upgrading next version of firestick.
