[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Cheating in billing by charging EMI despite assuring No cost EMI | |||
I bought Samsung S20 FE 5G mobile from Poorvika Mobiles Virugambakkam, Chennai (Next to Chandra Metro mall) on 08.04.2021 (Invoice No. GSI/2VIR/145). I was about to buy the same product from Samsung app for INR 46000/- with 9 months No cost EMI option. But online delivery was showing more than a week. As my phone got broke and I needed one urgently, I thought of checking with nearby Poorvika store before buying it online. As assured by Mr. Pawan Kumar - Sales man, that he will offer the product at the same price with 6 months No cost EMI, I went ahead and bought it. Moreover he made me buy INR 3100/- worth Wireless power bank which I never needed. I realized the fact that I was cheated only when I saw my May month HDFC credit card bill. The bill showed interest amount with 1.5% processing fee. I went to the store and raised the issue. He denied the responsibility and said that nothing could be done about it. I tried contacting their customer care and there was no response from them either. Mail communication copy and invoice copy attached for your reference. Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue and refund the amount incurred extra at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
