    Hi Team, I bought VIVO X60 Pro Plus on 2nd Apr 2021 at Poorvika Store, Near Fish Market, Hosur - 635110

    They offered, 10% cashback, Bluetooth Speaker, No COST EMI(HDFC Credit card) which was as well available in VIVO or Amazon Online store. They mentioned instead of buying from Online store, They can give the same offer at Local Store too.

    So I purchased it as well using HDFC Credit card with 12 months EMI.

    1. The NO COST EMI is not working. HDFC is charging me Interest last two months. When I called Poorvika, they asked me to call HDFC and tell them that they might have not converted the EMI correctly and resolve it myself. But HDFC mentioned that NO COST EMI is only for 6 months EMI and not for 12 months. They also told Many Poorvika stores are giving wrong message to many customers with 12 months EMI. Now I end up paying Interest.
    2. The Bluetooth speaker they offered never given until now. Its 2 months over now. I understand lockdown time. But Apr whole month they never gave while there stores were very much open.

    I dont want to pay any extra interest, I had full money to purchase as well, Since they told that if I take with NO COST EMI I get 10% cashback, I took the EMI Option. Now I end up paying interest and the Bluetooth speaker also not delivered.

    I am very disappointed with the way Poorvika Store is handling for High end mobile business.

    FYKI. The Poorvika help line when requested for Poorvika Hosur store manager number, They gave a number [protected]. The person is telling its not Poorvika and He is some taxi guy. Poorvika gave me another help line to raise complaint[protected]. I called twice and almost 15+ minutes. No one is picking the phone.

      I chose the EMI option and it was not on EMI. When I asked them to do it, they told me to talk to the bank and get it converted which would cost an extra Rs. 500. Also, the customer support team was not willing to help. Despite sending requests on the websites, emails as well as multiple calls, no call backs or resolutions were given

          Cheating in billing by charging EMI despite assuring No cost EMI

          I bought Samsung S20 FE 5G mobile from Poorvika Mobiles Virugambakkam, Chennai (Next to Chandra Metro mall) on 08.04.2021 (Invoice No. GSI/2VIR/145).

          I was about to buy the same product from Samsung app for INR 46000/- with 9 months No cost EMI option. But online delivery was showing more than a week. As my phone got broke and I needed one urgently, I thought of checking with nearby Poorvika store before buying it online. As...

          Hi, This is Prasath from Aminjikarai, Chennai - 29. I bought the Oppo F19 pro mobile from Aminjikarai Poorvika showroom on Jan 16 2021 and I am facing the following issues in my newly bought mobile. 1. Mobile lagging 2. Camera slow movement speed 3. Finger print not working properly 4. Mobile and charger getting more heat during charge. Totally I am not satisfied with this mobile having more issues so request you to replace the new mobile.                 Based on the commitment of Smt Manu Mathi,
                (Mob.No. [protected]) one of your executive agent, that the mobile will be delivered on the very next day (even in the lockdown restrictions), I had ordered a mobile phone Redmi 9 power on 15.05.2021 (Order ID 916662) online. Since, I was in urgent need of mobile phone, I had explained the situation of my urgency and and in reply Smt Manu Mathi madam committed that the item will be delivered very next after the booking. Hence, fulfilling my requirement I had ordered the mobile phone instead o[censored]sing some other sources to purchase the mobile.

                However, after ordering the mobile phone a call came from customer care and it was informed that the mobile will be delivered only on Monday (between 10 to 12) and not on Sunday. Immediately after the call, I had called Smt Mathi Madam to informed about the delivery date, however, she has not picked my call. Hence, I waited for the next day i.e. Monday for the delivery of my item.

                But, however, the mobile has not delivered on the expected time as informed by the executive. When the matter was informed to Smt Mathi madam on Monday, the individual informed that she will look into the matter and will inform after sometime. But she didn't informed anything as of now and has rejected my call when I had called her after 1 hour.

                The matter was informed online several times as well as through phone to customer care executive. But, however, no action has been taken to deliver the item.

                This shows that I have been given a false commitment and duped by Smt. Manu Mathi and by your executive team so that I can purchase the mobile phone even though they were aware of the consequences that it will not be delivered within the next day.

                It is humbly requested to kindly deliver the item as soon as possible.

                    I am Balasubramani, working as a senior team manager in Amazon Selling Partner Support.

                    On May 09, evening 8 pm, i bought a Amazfit GTS 2 mini from poorvika mobiles mahalakshmi nagar branch, Tambaram.

                    1. As per the Amazfit promised in their website, this watch should have a battery life of 7 days for heavy usage. But the watch i received from poorvika is draining 75 % of battery in one single day for a medium usage. Also the product they delivered was not sealed package and it was completely opened which i don't think its new.

                    2. Screen off watch face feature is also not getting enabled automatically several times after made a setting in watch.

                    3. Regarding whatsapp notification, few times, clicking on whatsapp notification is not taking me to read incoming the messages. Instead no action is taken if i click on new incoming notifications.

                    Since i am facing these many issues within 1 day o[censored]se from date of delivery. Requesting you to issue a replacement with brand new sealed product.

                    I know there is a full lockdown in tamilnadu which you cannot fulfill the above request immediately. But please accept the replacement request and send a confirmation email for issuing a replacement unit after lockdown is lifted.

                    Because I don't want you to say, you have used this unit for more than 14 days, hence we are unable to replace the product. Since I am reporting defective unit within 48 hours from the date of delivery, i deserve the replacement.

                    I have called your customer care and informed the same and they redirected me to send an email with the reason.

                    Even after 3 days still i did not receive any reply from this company. I lost trust in poorvika mobiles and will ask all my friends and family not to buy anything from poorvika mobiles.

                    I am going to share this experience in all my social media, so that other customers will not get trapped from this company

                        I bought Airtel wifi dongle in poorvika mobiles (Pudukkottai branch) on Apr 14, 2021..
                        It is not working from Apr 21, 2021.
                        So i gave that damaged dongle to poorvika store on Apr 24, 2021..
                        They said it got damaged and dont know why and also they sent that damaged dongle to service center(Trichy)..
                        But still now i didnt got any updates from them..i called and messaged often(to pudukkottai store) and they replied like we didnt get any updates from service center..
                        Its very urgent..My work is got impacted heavily due to not having dongle now.Please clear this issue or arrange for replacement.

                              Good morning...
                              Yesterday(4/4/21) evening my mother had a call with me and told me her mobile was a problem. So you have to buy a new mobile when you get home.

                              As a consequence, I bought a new basic Nokia mobile in Aranthangi poorvika showroom And bill was paid.

                                On 15.04.2021 at about 09.00 PM. I have buy a new one plus 9R mobile through HDFC finance in poorvika mobiles, Balavinayakar Kovil street tuticorin ([protected]) with 8GB RAM and 128 GB internal memory. On 15.04.2021 at about 11.00 PM i have put a charge for only 2 hours and after completing 100 percentage i have removed the charge and switch off the phone with out insert any sim and with out installing any application. The next day 16.04.2021 at about 11.30 AM i have switched on the phone but the mobile did not able to switch on it shows the error message battery about to die please charge the phone. The same issue repeated another time and then next day on 16.04.2021 evening i returned the mobile to poorvika mobiles where i bought. On 17.04.2021 morning i went to Poorvika mobiles but he told there is no issues and told to take the mobile. But i told i did not able to buy this kindly replace this mobile. Then after 3 days he sent the mobile to madurai poorvika mobiles. He is also refuse to replace the mobile and he told i have serviced the mobile sir take yourself otherwise the mobile is in same place. Before a day i spoke to one plus madurai service center they told there is 15 days replacement available in poorvika kindly you replace the mobile in poorvika itself. Do not send the mobile to service center. Very very irresponsible reply with poorvika and oneplus service center. On 25.04.2021 i call back to one plus headoffice at Banglore and explain my problem. He told poorvika is not an authorized person to sale one plus mobile and one plus company also not providing any mobile to sale poorvika and ask him to show a proper bill where he buy. The mobile which i bought not completed 24 hrs i have facing so many problems in service center and poorvika mobiles. Waste of money Rs. 40000/-. Better i have buy samung or any other brands. Very very unsatisfied and worst experience. Next month i am going to abroad, with this situation how can i take this mobile. If any problem faced means how can i replace my mobile. If anything happens who will be responsible for me sir. Till now i am very disappointed for buying this mobile. There is no proper solution for me.. I have sent so many mails and phone calls all are refusing to replace the mobile. Today 26.04.2021 poorvika send a irresponsible message like this (Dear Customer,

                                Sorry for the inconvenience.

                                Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.

                                As per your previous mail for non-satisfaction we are unable to do replace or exchange the product because once you insert the SIM the one year manufacturer Service warranty will be registered in your name, Same cannot be sold again.
                                In case of any service related issue Kindly requesting you to visit the respective brand authorized service center along with the Invoice bill copy for further support or you may contact our service support @[protected].)

                                I have not insert any sim and the poorvika staffs also not insert any sim and not activate any warranty then how can you send a message like this. Please keep the board infront of poorvika as only sale not to claim any warranty or service for new one. Very very worst customer service. I think poorvika is not legally buy this one plus 9R so only they are refusing to replace the mobile. Kindly replace the new mobile without breaking the seal otherwise keep the mobile as yours. I need not buy and also cancel my EMI or refund the money immediately. Already too late. Kindly do twhw needfull immediately. My name - J. VIJAI ANANTH ( [protected], [protected]).                                 Kindly provide a proper bill copy from where you have purchased the mobile and also give a certificate for 1 year replacement warranty.                                   On 14th April we have purchased MI 4a pro tv at poorvika mobiles. They told me that u have an offer which is sun next free for 6 months. And they show me the invoice and told that item code is a coupon code. After that I tried many times it's shows invalid coupon code. I call to showroom and ask this is invalid coupon code. Manager told within 15 mins I'll call you back. But didn't get any call from that side. After that I call back and ask for that they told I'll give you new coupon code in 2 or 3 days.. still there is no response.
