Kind attn: poorvika mobiles pvt. Ltd.-moolakkadai show room: Dear directors, This is phlip narayanan from the above address; i purchased a p7 max – gray gionee mobile from your show room at moolakkadai on 30.09.2017 for an amount of rs.12100.00 as recommended by your representative. I could not swipe and enter in to mobile functions due to continue display of various kinds of screen savers and notifications automatically. Once i got the chance to enter in to mobile operation and tried /changed the screen saver and put on the youtube and whatsapp. A few mobile number were stored and called for a test. Afterwards; many number of screen savers have occupied and disturbing me and not able to enter in to mobile. Secondly, some messages are down loaded continuously and a sound has come out every 5 minutes from the mobile and threatening us. As this is defective and working on its own without my operations/consent; it is not reliable and could not be used anymore. As we are senior citizens; we are afraid o[censored]nnatural things happening in the mobile and we found that it is dangerous to use and hence we are returning to you. Further please arrange to change a reputed/ other brand mobile phone or return the money immediately. We solicit your cooperation and do the needful.
