[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Dubious Card charges and Poor customer service | |||||
I purchased a Samsung J7 Prime from Poorvika Kandanchavadi, Chennai on 9th Sept. bill no SI/KAND/11495. 1 They quoted the price as 19K and the amount mentioned in the bill is 17657. 2 Charger and Handsfree are part of the pack but they have charged it seperately. Why 3 They promised a Reliance JIo but they have been making me to run around for the last 3 days and still not provided. The behavior of the staff is very Rude.
