As i went to redmi showroom for complaint against my mobile regarding the software problem, they asked me to give a mobile bill to resolve. I need a duplicate bill as soon as possible. . I visited last Sunday to The poorvika mobiles at REDHILLS first I had a mind set of buy redmi mobile they showed the itel brand and I bought it but after two days it's get over heat and hanging. I want to replace my mobile or return it .do you have any solution kindly reply
